Just renovated in respect of Breton architecture, this cottage is ideally located in the heart of the historic center of Roscoff, opposite the pier to the island of Batz.
You will be surprised by the contrast between the calm that emerges in the animation and the adjacent streets.
Be attentive, the fishing boats that dock deliver us their treasures: spiders, crabs or lobsters ...
After a hard day on the beach, canoeing, hiking, discovering our heritage ...
What better than a good fish or a dinner in one of the gourmet restaurants that are located close to ...
The walled patio and the south-facing terrace will allow you to enjoy the sun at any time of the day.

The entrance is through a large living room consisting of a living room and a fully equipped open kitchen.
Upstairs are two bedrooms (one equipped with a bed 160/200, the other three beds 90/200 which two are in an integrated mezzanine) and a bathroom with toilet .

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Bam Kalon. such a great location right in the middle of the town, but at the same time very quiet because of the layout of the house, with a courtyard between the house and the street. Jewel in Roscoff

Our second visit to this beautiful location and wonderful house. Really a jewel, totaly quiet but still in the middle of Roscoff. With all the things you need for a relaxing vacation. And even if the weather is not good, you habe enough possibilities to do with visiting nice sites, enjoy reading a good book or cook something special with seafood. Also good starting point for exploring ther northern Bretagne. And the landlors are just really nice people... Thanks a lot, we will come again...

Schöne Ferienwohnung im Herzen von Roscoff

Wir haben dank dieser Ferienwohnung eine herrliche Woche in Roscoff genossen. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll, praktisch und funktional eingerichtet. es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter haben alles komfortabel organisiert, sowohl bei der An- wie bei der Abreise. Verblüffend: wenn Du die Tür schließt, ist der Trubel der Touristen weg. Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen ruhig. Wir können sie nur sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Perfekt um diesen Teil der Bretagne zu erkunden

Das Haus haben wir sehr genossen. Perfekt um die Altstadt zu besuchen. Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Terrasse, der Innenhof garantieren entspannende Stunden, da ruhig und abgeschirmt vom Zrubel. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut. Zu Stränden und Märkten gelangt man mit den im Hause verfügbaren Fahrrädern. Wir haben die 7 Tage genosse

Haus in phantastischer Lage

Haus in Top-Lage direkt am Beginn der Fußgängerzone, aber wirklich total ruhig. In der Küche ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Bad ist tipptopp. Wohn-Essbereich und Terrasse sehr schön.Tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch fußläufig vorhanden. Kontakt mit Vermietern immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einzige Kritikpunkte: Betten waren uns zu weich (aber das ist ja Geschmackssache), keine Fliegengitter im Schlafzimmer bei zahlreichen Stechmücken, Parkplatz ist nicht immer frei und dann wird die Parkplatzsuche besonders am Markttag schwierig.

Cher Anke, Merci pour votre commentaire. Nous prenons très à coeur le confort de nos vacanciers et notamment la qualité de la literie. Le matelas est de marque bultex à mémoire de forme, nous ne manquerons pas de vérifier son confort dès que nous le pourrons, et de le changer si nécessaire. Quant aux deux autres reproches, malheureusement malgré toute notre bonne volonté, nous n'y pouvons rien. Les places de parking sont payantes l'été, c'est une volonté politique; Roscoff est une ville très touristique et est le point de départ pour l'ile de Batz, effectivement l'été la cité corsaire est très prisée des touristes d'autant plus les jours de marché (comme toutes les villes touristiques du monde !). Pour les moustiques téméraires qui ont bravé la fraîcheur de nos côtes bretonnes, nous nous étonnons car nous mêmes n'en avons croisé aucun. Nous ne manquerons pas de proposer quelques bougies à la citronnelle ! Bonne continuation à vous et à votre charmante famille.

Wunderschönes Haus in Roscoff !

Roscoff ist ein wunderschöner, lebendiger Ort mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés. Das Haus ist sehr Central aber absolut Ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es fehlt an nichts. Danke an die netten Vermieter für die persönliche Übergabe und die vielen Tipps. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Escapade iodée

Charmante maison située au cœur de Roscoff, décorée avec goût. Un petit havre de paix, à deux pas de la mer, dans lequel nous avons pu nous ressourcer loin des affres du confinement parisien. Une terrasse baignée de soleil où il fait bon prendre son petit déjeuner et perdre son temps. A recommander.

Tolle Location mitten im Ort und unmittelbar am Wasser - für alle die das Meer und die Bretagne lieben ein schöne Möglichkeit auch mal mitten im französischem Leben Platz zu nehmen und das bei absoluter Ruhe. Wir haben es sehr genossen und hatten zudem sehr nette Vermieter. Karin & Gert G.

Peaceful, relaxing holiday

Bam Kalon is a lovely, well equipped, peaceful haven in the centre of town. It has everything that you need and a sunny terrace for relaxing. Owners were friendly and welcoming.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. In der Ferienwohnung fehlt es an nichts.

Das Haus liegt absolut zentral. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig und der Innenhof und und auch die Terrasse sind nicht einsehbar. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das Badezimmer modern gebaut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt.

a " coup de coeur"

A beautiful, tastefully presented property. The best location ever, where you just step out of the front door to be immersed in the charming life of Roscoff. Restaurants and tasteful shops are at your doorstep and you can also admire the old worldly charm of Roscoff, as well as live the everyday life of the roscovites. Enjoy the fresh seafoods and food and don't forget the QuigAman. Bam Kalon, the house is superb. Beautifully appointed and presented. I even cooked a homard in the big pots provided. The courtyard is a little oasis as it gets the sun minus the wind which can be around. Another great point is the fact that 2 bikes were provided and used ( we were without a car so they came in handy) furthermore, the hosts, Benoît and Isabelle were fabulous and did everything to help us, including picking us and our luggage up when the SNCF was on strike and our train was not running. Traumhafter Urlaub im traumhaften Haus

Sehr schönes Haus, super ausgestattet es ist wirklich allles da, was man braucht. Bettwäsche und Handtücher standen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist exzellent, sehr ruhig durch einen Vorhof ist das Haus gut abgeschirmt. Auch die schöne (Sonnen-)Terrasse ist für andere nicht einsehbar. Trotzdem befindet man sich direkt im Ortskern mit unmittelbarer Sicht auf den Hafen und die bekannten Anlegerbrücke, von der aus täglich mehrmals Fähren zur Ile de Batz fahren. Für weitere Ausflüge stehen zwei Fahrräder (inkl. Helmen) zur Verfügung. Die technische Ausstattung des Hauses ist ebenfalls sehr gut, auf dem großen Fernseher konnte sogar deutsches Fernsehen empfangen werden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sowohl die Verabredung beim Eintreffen als auch bei der Abreise haben wunderbar funktioniert. Wir kommen geren einmal wieder und können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen!
