In a villa, an apartment consisting of two large bedrooms and a living room with TV-kitchen equipped; toilet and shower room and independent shower; the whole is completely renovated; garden with furniture; closed and secure yard for eventual car. Stadtnah und trotzdem sehr ruhig
Wir waren fuer eine Woche zu Gast bei Fatiha Laurent Djiid. Die helle und geräumige Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist auch an heißen Tagen angenehm kühl. Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut und ist angenehm leise. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen es ist trotz Staßenbahn sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos in der Anzeige. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, hilfreich und aufmerksam. Die Küche ist einfach eingerichtet, das Bad etwas klein, Toilette ist extra. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine sind leider nicht vorhanden. Das Auto kann sicher im Hof abgestellt werden, die Straßenbahn ist in der Nähe und Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs auch. Auch die Umgebung ist sehr angenehm. Wir machten mehrere Fahrradausflüge in die nähere Umgebung, in die Berge und zum Meer.

Voyageurs très discrets , agréables et sympathiques. Désolée pour la machine à laver et le lave vaisselle il ne faut pas oublié que c’est juste pour des vacances et il y’avait une laverie à côté de la maison .
Pour la salle de bain je n’ai pas pu pousser les murs pour l’agrandir ! Ça reste une douche neuve et très propre et je pense le plus important au lieu d’avoir une grande salle de bain sale où ça donne pas envie de se laver !

Erholsam und abwechslungsreich - Stadt- und Strandurlaub in Montpellier
In der schönen Wohnung im EG mit Garten hinter dem Haus haben wir einen erholsamen Urlaub mit Radfahren, Strand und Stadt verbracht. Die Klimaanlage erlaubt auch im Hochsommer einen erholsamen Schlaf. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, jedoch nicht zum regelmäßigen Kochen geeignet (2 Herdplatten ohne Backofen). Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig mit überraschend wenig Verkehr. PKW Stellplatz vor dem Haus und Fahrräder hinter dem Haus, sicher und bequem. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Zum Bäcker zu Fuß in 2 min und zum Supermarkt in 5 min. Mit der Straßenbahn in unmittelbarer Nähe kann man gut das Zentrum und auch den Strand bei Pérols / Carnon erreichen. In der Stadt kann man gut Einkaufen und hervorradend Essen. Für Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene ist die Studentenstadt sehr attraktiv. Wir hatten mit unserem 18jährigen Sohn einen sehr harmonischen 3-wöchigen Urlaub.

confort et tranquilité
notre séjour à Montpelier a été excelent, les enfants étaient contents, la maison est propre confortable et le décor est sympathique surtout le petit jardin. les propriétaires ont été très accueillant et très gentils, on est a proximité de tout pour visiter, faire les courses etc... tout c'est bien passé.

Appartement magnifique
Je suis pleinement satisfaite de cet appart, la réalité est conforme aux photos. L appartement est spacieux, lumineux et en guise de cela très bien niveau déco et le jardin est parfait pour les enfants ou déjeuner en terrasse ç est très agréable Celui ci est bien situé et bien desservi par les tramways effectivement pas besoin d être véhicule et pas très loin de la gare saint roch. Enfin un grand merci aux propriétaires notamment à fatiha un énorme merci pour votre accueil, ,votre gentillesse et votre générosité. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans votre demeure. Je recommande fortement si vous chercher un lieu de vacances sur Montpellier celui ci, vous ne serez pas déçu!

Sehr schönes Apartment mit sehr netten Eigentümern im Herzen von Montpellier
Wir verbrachten sehr erholsame Ferien in einem sehr schönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Apartment, im Herzen von Montpellier. Das Apartment war sehr geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küche hatte alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Besonders genossen haben wir auch den Garten, der zum Beispiel zum Frühstücken einlud. Unser Auto stand sicher auf einer abgeschlossenen Auffahrt. Die sehr netten Vermieter standen mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung und taten alles um einen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Zentrum der schönen Altstadt von Montpellier war ca. 3 Km entfernt und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Montpellier bietet sehr viel und ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Umland und auch die Strände sind sehr schön und nicht weit entfernt. Wir hatten sehr schöne Ferien und kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!
