About this property

Located in the center of Manuel Antonio, you have the best of both worlds, jungle with a view of the Pacific plus great facilities and restaurants. Our spacious one bedroom has a great balcony to chill on and watch the wildlife from your hammock.
This one bedroom fully equipped condo is ideal for two guests.
Wake up in the morning and have your coffee overlooking the Pacific and enjoy the sights and sounds of the jungle. Centrally located close to The National Park and the beaches. You will often see Squirrel, Capuchin and Howler monkeys, a wide array of tropical birds and if you re lucky a sloth or two.
The condo has full kitchen opening onto the dining area, the bedroom has a King sized bed and the balcony has a million dollar view of the Pacific and Manuel Antonio National Park.
Condo is a short walk from a great selection of restaurants, bars and convenience stores and since you re on holiday they will deliver to you. If the mood takes you.
There are excellent bus and taxis services which will take you in one direction to the National Park and beaches and in the other to Quepos and the Marina Val Pez, should you fancy a day on the water fishing some of the most exciting waters in the region, if not the world.

Porch view on point! GREAT facility and communication

Location was awesome. So close to the market, ATM, so many places to eat and drink, pickup for tours. House itself was quaint, kitchen was very useable. Really enjoyed the music/music videos on tv....nonstop 00s jams haha. Porch was great for sunsets, yoga, and chillin. Bed was comfy. Was in the pool at least once a day. Cant say enough about how perfect this place was for us. Guide books very helpful. Gift basket a nice bonus. Great communication when needed, especiallly when a tour pickup ran late. Thank you so much. Pura Vida!

Privacy galore

Great space, nicely decorated and an incomparable view. Great restaurants and stores within walking distance and of course the national park is close. The steps require a little physical agility, but the view makes it all worth it. The street entrance is a little hard to find but that was the only negative. We appreciated your hand drawn local map, very useful for walking around.

Hi, we are a Canadian couple living the dream!! We thought of this as a pipe dream that we couldn’t really do....Turns out we can!! After a holiday touring Costa Rica we fell in love with Manuel Antonio and in particular, Jungle Creek! Which is a property with 4 Villas in the Jungle We love the service, attitude and atmospheres created by Jackie (previous Manager) and want to not only continue, but build on for that truly “Home away from Home Vacation” that we experienced and now live!! Fast forward 6 years we had the opportunity to buy this Condo in the heart of Manuel and took it! Can't beat the location! We both grew up on the prairies in Saskatchewan, Canada and needless to say, we are not going to miss shoveling the sidewalk and scraping the ice off our windshields! Together we have 6 children who range in age from 32-44 and also 10 grandchildren. We look forward for their yearly visits!!! We want to welcome all new and past visitors to our beautiful home and Condo in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica!! Come as Guests leave as friends!!! Pura Vida!

What makes this property unique

The View...…sitting on the deck, enjoying coffee in the morning, a beer in the afternoon or a glass of Wine at sunset....Just WOW!!!Ocean..Titi, Capuchin, Howler Monkeys...Sloths... Toucans..Scarlet Macaws! The location- within a city block there's a 1/2 dozen restaurants, Grocery store, Bank, Gym, Sports Bar. Bus Stop which can take you to town (Quepos) or to the Main beach/National Park.
