Very close to Canyon Lodge

We like this place a lot. There were humidifiers in every room which was awesome. The layout was easy with kids. It was cozy, and walking to the slopes was easy. There was one blanket that was in the closet and had some stains on it but we just put it on the floor for them to launder. Great place hope to come again.

Great property walking distance to canyon lodge

We were overall very happy with this property. The location was amazing as it was a 2 minute walk to canyon lodge. The place had ample amounts of beds although we were only 4 people it would be a great place to bring many friends. Only issue we had was the heater took a long time to come up to temp but once it kicked in after a day we had no further issues. I would highly recommend this property and I will be back.

Dirty

It was a little disappointing. 1st, it was not clean. There was pee around the base of the toilet in the downstairs bath. The other bathrooms were moderately dirty. I showed it to the property manager on Saturday morning, and her comment was yuk. Do you want me to send the cleaners. She never did. There were so many things broken. The kitchen sink was leaking in the cabinet. Clearly a known issue because they had bowls under it the caught most of the water… the window in the downstairs bedroom right doesn’t close. We had to shove a blanket in the window. I would recommend bringing space heaters with you for the 2 downstairs bedrooms. The loft for the kids was an oven, and we were freezing down stairs. There was no way to balance the heat. We have stayed at so many places over the years. This one was the least supplied. No sponge, trash bags, limited paper towels, one packet of soap for the dishwasher. One kitchen towel. Even with that limited list of supplies, we left the dishes and pans much cleaner than what we received, gross! 10 matches for the fireplace… That doesn’t even include the broken drawers in the dresser, broken dining room chair, and other things that weren’t important to us. The location was great but I wanted to go home and sanitize everything. The unit just felt gross and grimy.

Gross sheets/not clean

Easy check in, big problem with how clean it was. Sheets had sticky stuff on them when we went to bed first night, minimal cleaning of bathrooms(hair in shower still), glasses with lipstick…just generally icky. Great place if they would clean it better and upgrade bedding even slightly. Be sure to bring your own towels and kitchen trash bags, they skimped on providing enough. Besides all that- excellent location to walk in to ski.
