The grand living room on the main floor features leather couches, a flat-screen TV and a pellet stove (fully stocked!) to keep you toasty warm on those chilly Mammoth nights! The attached dining area has a substantial dinner table and bar area; the whole group can partake in family dinner. Want to enjoy the majestic Sierra views? The balcony provides these luxuries that can't be found at a hotel! A fully stocked kitchen with updated stainless-steel appliances and a full bathroom finish off the main floor.

If you have kids or teenagers in the group, this is the Mammoth vacation property for you! The loft features 2 stunning hard-wood full-size bunk beds (with trundles) and sleeps 6 comfortably. It also provides plenty of storage for clothes and gear and has its own flat-screen TV - no fighting over the living room remote!

Downstairs, you will find 2 large and well-appointed bedrooms, 2 fully remodeled bathrooms, and radiant floor heating in all these rooms! The master has plenty of space for your belongings, a flat-screen TV, large windows and a full en-suite bathroom. With a king bed, you have all the comforts of home with world-class skiing just a short ride away! The second bedroom also features large windows and plenty of storage with a king bed. A second bathroom downstairs ensures that everyone has time to get ready and heat out for the day's Mammoth adventures. A washer and dryer are also located downstairs, so it's easy to keep clothes and towels fresh and clean!

The 2 included parking spaces are directly in front, making arrival and departure quick and painless. If you're driving electric, we have added a level 2 EV charger (at an additional cost), allowing you to park and charge your vehicle all in one location! Once you arrive, the car can stay parked - the free bus stop is 300 steps from your door and will take you to the mountain, restaurants, or wherever you choose in Mammoth Lakes.
