SEAVIEW SERENITY at Seaside Beach:. Seaview Condominiums is a modern oceanfront luxury property in Seaside. Offering high end amenities, this two bedroom oceanfront unit is located on the third floor, giving guests a breathtaking view of the coastline stretching from Washington to Tillamook Head. The master bedroom has a King bed and it's own private bathroom. The other room is a Queen bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa. The elevator access is steps away from this unit. Located on the north end of the prom, you are only a 10 min. walk from Broadway and all the dining and fun that downtown has to offer. Keep in mind that the additional cleaning charge ensures that your house will be spotless upon arrival and that you will not be asked to spend more than 5 min. on the check-out procedure. If you have not researched us to know who we are: Seaside Vacation Homes is a small, family owned business operating in Seaside for over 30 years, and the oldest vacation home property management company in our area. Seaside Vacation Homes has fifty of the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points in our collection. If you have any special needs or requests please let our staff know, as everyone in our office views the guests we serve as extended family and wants to make sure this trip ends up being all it can be! Great way to end the summer!

This place was tremendous. Immaculately clean, huge in layout and had everything we could have asked for and more. Appliances were top notch, bathrooms were spacious and well laid out, bedrooms were elegant. Just an overall joy to stay here. Right on the Promenade and a short walk from downtown Seaside shops and restaurants. Quiet area with gated parking that was a HUGE benefit as the Hood To Coast race was going on and parking was at a premium. We only had to use our car twice in five days to do things outside of Seaside proper. The price was higher than we wanted to pay, but once we walked in the door and saw the amenities and rooms, it was really easy to see why. Worth every penny! Just a gorgeous property and we will definitely try to book this exact unit again :)

This condo was great. High end feel, clean, well stocked and amazing location. If you are going to Seaside over a weekend stay here you are on the prom and can walk downtown in 10 minutes no fighting for parking. We drove to several location along the coast while staying here and I don’t think we could’ve picked a better spot.

Great location, 5 star condo!

Fantastic ocean front location. We were able to park (in a gated area) and then walk everywhere. Easy walking distance to Broadway. Super quiet location too. The house was immaculate, and well taken care of. It was like being in a nice hotel but with the extra conveniences of a house.
