335 Canal Rd - This upstairs 2/2 unit has been remodeled and tastefully furnished to give a relaxing, beachy vibe. Enjoy the spacious pool area; take a siesta in the hammock use the BBQ, or sip a drink by the Tiki Bar. All this just a block from Siesta Beach, the #1 beach in the nation, and Siesta Key village. The very definition of "fun in the sun"!!

All photos, calendar dates, and rates on this website are 100% accurate. All of our homes include cable TV, Wi-Fi, quality linens, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Our kitchens are stocked and include pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, coffee mugs and other items. The unit is supplied with some basic household needs (starter roll of toilet paper and paper towel one garbage bag). SBR does not supply toiletries, hair dryer, iron or ironing boards during your stay.

We make it easy to stay with us! Drive straight to your rental and access the home with your unique lock code. We will send you detailed check-in instructions 48 hours prior to arrival, and we are available 24 hours a day with live help should you require it.

This place is pet friendly and just a very short walk to siesta village and the beach. The pool is super nice and still has a very feeling to it. Scott was very easy to work with and very helpful as well

We went for a long weekend to this Siesta Key condo. The condo location was excellent. Close to town and to beach. Was quiet and clean. It was just what we were looking for. Great pool too!! Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Beach Location

This condo is in the perfect location for Siesta Key Beach. Five minute walk to the beach and the town’s village. The condo is super clean and the beds are very comfortable. The pool is perfect after a hot day at the beach. My family and I had a wonderful week vacation here. Would definitely come back!!

Nice condo close to strip

This is a decent condo only a few blocks from the main strip. Beds and couch are comfortable. House could use a deep cleaning. Dusty floors, cups with residue left in them, no dish soap for dishwasher. Kitchen has the basic needs but be sure to bring anything you might need. Pool area is great and the balcony was nice in the am.

Siesta Key Condo - April

Four of us stayed at Siesta Key Condos for a 3-night stay. Very close to downtown village area as stated which was great for walking to dinners and shopping. Clean, plenty of room for the 4 of us. Pool was great. Overall a great experience!

Perfect location

This is one of the better vacation homes I’ve stayed in. Usually you get the owner’s old cooking set that is scratched up. Everything here seemed new and barely used. Being able to walk into the main shopping and dining area was so nice. Having the pool and grill mostly to yourself is a huge bonus. The beds were very comfortable. Getting to the beach is easy. The neighborhood was very quiet. I love that they provide everything you could want for the beach, too. I would definitely stay here again.

Short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk into Siesta Village for all your dinning and entertainment needs. Seamless check in and open communication with property manager if needed, which it was not.

All Village businesses within 3 minutes walking and the Beach less than 10. Pool adds alot to the experience since only sharing it with 3 other units. This unit is maintained very well.

Great location with everything within walking distance needed. Beach is less than 3 block walk. Property is well maintained and clean with access to pool. Definitely would stay here again.
