Cape Cod vacation cottage on a large private wooded lot. Living area has a mini split A/C and both bedrooms have window air conditioning. Patio area with dining table, chairs, umbrella and large Weber grill. House has expanded HD cable with HBO and wireless internet access. Amenities include: Pack & Play, multiple boogie boards, deluxe outdoor shower with changing area, teak bench and LED lighting for nighttime use. New 65 inch Samsun 4K TV. Couch in living room opens up to double bed.

Walk to many local restaurants, including the Red Nun Bar and Grill, the Den Cape Cod, Thai Ocha Cafe (wonderful Thai food), and the Oyster Company. Make sure while you're in town you check out at show at the Cape Cod Theater Company, only a 10 minute walk away!

The house was cute, beachy and set back from the road so we had privacy. It had everything we needed and was perfect for my family. It's a great rental for the price. We would definitely stay there again.

Our only wish is for a more comfortable couch- the existing couch is terribly hard and made watching that awesome tv impossible. Aside from that we just love Telegraph!! Definitely recommend!

It is our wedding cottage. Checks all the boxes. Only wish is for a more comfortable couch! That being said, we’re still coming back next year too!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was in a perfect location. It was close to great restaurants, ice cream, and of course the beach. The outdoor shower was perfect after long beach days, and having AC during the heat wave was a game changer. The welcome gift was a really thoughtful touch too.One of the highlights was Brownie Mae, the sweetest neighborhood dog who came by a couple of times to say hello, which was the best surprise. The house itself great if you’re looking for a quiet, laid-back beach week.The only thing to note is we did run into a few bugs during our stay. Not a huge deal, and it may have been from us opening the windows, but figured it’s worth mentioning.All in all, it was a lovely, relaxing week and we’d definitely come back!

Another Great Cape Escape!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been making annual Cape vacation for a week every summer for 20+ years. I have been using Martha Murray for about 7 years and always very easy to reach by phone, helpful and courteous. Telegraph Rd is our favorite property so far for our preferred space/budget. We had an issue with a doorknob that came off and locked us out of our room. Martha Murray was prompt to answer and respond. We were fortunate to have friendly owner of property come over to resolve the problem. We had a good weather week to make use of our pre purchased beach sticker for town of Dennis. Overall we had another great Cape escape!
