Hard to find four bedroom and two bath home close to Haigis and Glendon beaches. The first floor has lovely hardwood floors throughout and offers a bright and cheerful decor. The kitchen is open to the adjacent dining area and exits to a fenced in rear patio with outdoor seating, table, gas grill and enclosed outside shower. Well maintained landscaping and a sunny front yard. Other amenities include central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washer/Dryer and dishwasher.

Walking distance to seasonal favorites, including the Dog House, Chapins Fish and Chips beach bar, Bandera's, Southside Cantina, What's the Scoop ice cream, Cleat and Anchor, One Stop and the Sailing Cow! There is no shortage of options at this location!

This property was clean, close to the beach and local attractions. The home had everything needed for our stay. We loved the spacious living/dining area and quite street for our kids to play safely. Highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our fourth or fifth time renting this same house, it is perfect for our family and any visiting guests. The front yard is perfect for our young children. The bedrooms are large and kitchen is perfectly set up to serve everyone. We hope to keep renting this house!!

Larger than it appears!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is located in a quiete and friendly neighborhood in walking distance from the beach. The staff at the property management were very helpful during the reservation process and with local information. The beds were a little firmer than we are accustomed to. Also, we thought the requirement that all dishes had to be put away and the floors swept was a little unusual. With past rentals, we have only loaded and turned on the dishwasher. But, maybe its a New England thing.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As stated , the grill did not work well, needs updating , the outside living was awfull, very messy , no clothes line ( attached to the tree and fence) pitch every where on chairs and table ( we had to scrub it to use it. The out side show very dirty and spider webs every where not inviting and we like out side showers. Inside not as clean as we would like it rugs were sweappet not vacuumed. The living room furniture was a mix of furniture not appealing. Needed one more full size bed as advertised down stairs , the full bed with the twins up stairs very uncomfortable. all in all a nice house , not clean enough for us and the out side was so very messy and ungroomed. would not rent this again.

Perfect house for families or groups

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect lodging solution for our multigenerational family! This tastefully decorated home on a quiet street provides bedrooms on 2 floors, plenty of space to stay with extended family or for 2 families, great patio and indoor dining areas, all located a short walk from beaches, restaurants and fun activities. The front lawn is just large enough for badminton, volleyball or bocci, with a fence separating the space from the parking area and road. Property was as described and did not disappoint!
