Set down on a long driveway that ensures privacy but only a short walk (1/2 mile) to Sea Street Beach on Cape Cod Bay. The home has 4-bedrooms and 3+ baths, expansive grounds, a large deck and screened porch (there is actually a second screened porch off the master bedroom!), and an open living-dining room. The first floor master bedroom enjoys a private bath with shower and soaking tub. The large lot offers a croquet court and plenty of room for a boat trailer or your canoe or kayaks. Window AC units in all bedroom for comfort along with thermostatically controlled window fans; and all the necessary appliances - including a brand new gas grill! Home also has 50 mbps wifi, cable and a DVD player. It is also fully stocked with board games, puzzles, cards, a piano and ping pong table in the garage.

The home offers modern amenities while still having that New England charm you want from a house on Cape Cod. 2 screened in porches and large deck offer fantastic space to enjoy those perfect summer evenings. A croquet court and small "grotto" area provide unique spaces withing the property to entertain and be entertained.
