Cozy Cape Cod Comfort. This lovely 2 bedroom, bath and a half cottage underwent a major update in 2017. The living room was expanded out to the current porch with large glass windows and a vaulted ceiling. Just a short walk (less than 500 feet) to Sea Street beach. Relax on the front deck with a cold drink or walk up to the beach to see the sunset. Window a/c's in each bedroom, and washer dryer. Home offers dishwasher, 2 high definition TVs, WiFi, cable and gas fireplace. Other amenities include a gas grill, patio table and chairs, blender, chaise lounges and enclosed outside shower.

Great cottage, great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lots of room and very nice upgrades. Having the extra 1/2 bath was good too. Best part was the location. Walking distance to so many places. Pelham House, Sailing Cow, Wolfees, the beach.

Perfect Getaway

The property manager was extremely helpful and communication was spot on. The cottage was PERFECT. Great location, super clean. The owners thought of everything!! We definitely want to rent again. :)

Great Vacation!

The location is great and the best part is we can walk to Sea Street Beach. We always book through Martha Murray RE and have always had a positive experience. it is nice to know they are close by if anything comes up and we are very happy with how pleasant and professional they are to deal with.
