Great property and location

We would definitely stay again. Everything was good except the beds need to be replaced. They are very uncomfortable.

Great property

Great place for a couple of families. Nice location and listing was accurate. Washing machine stunk like mildew and made clothes smell and dishwasher leaked bad enough to not use for risk of damaging the floor. However, was worth what we paid for it!

Perfect Pagosa Spot

Great location, beautiful view, plenty of space and just about everything you could need. Would stay here again for sure.

Great time

The house was exactly what my group needed. Close to wolf creek ski area, Walmart down the road, and pagosa brewing company. Wifi was the only problem.

SPRINGS PARADISE

Was very nice scenic home to stay in definitely could see myself staying again. I frequently visit Colorado often and Pagosa Springs sold me I absolutely loved the area, town, and the ppl were all amazing. I didn't ask but wish there was access to the canoe and the lake that was across the street. The home was very clean I liked that alot.

Functional but...

The place was fine and it got the job done. But it was like walking into 1985. Nothing has been updated. It was clean and had what we needed. One of the stove burners didn’t work and the garbage disposal wasn’t working great. My kids liked the foosball table and hot tub. I just wish it was a bit more modern.

Nostalgic, great location

We enjoyed our stay here. The decor and condo are definitely original to the home being built. I felt like I was at my grandmas house, which isn’t a bad thing. It had plenty of space for our family of 4 but could easily accommodate more. The kitchen was full stocked and we had everything we needed to cook. Plenty of towels and games for our family to play in the evenings. The kids loved that. The hot tub was a major plus of the unit after a long day of skiing. Would definitely stay here again. If the decor and lack of updates don’t bother you then definitely stay here. Location was great to get to Walmart, downtown, and not a bad drive to Wolf Creek. Quiet unit with great view of the lake. I wish the unit was for sale. I’d buy it.

Met all our needs

This property was perfect for our family of 8. The loft upstairs was great for the kids and the adults enjoyed their own rooms! Kitchen had everything you needed. Very nice rental

Great Vacation

We visited Pagosa Springs over Christmas and went skiing at Wolf Creek. We went along with another family, so we had 4 adults and 4 children (4,5,6 and 8). We booked the first week of October, so there wasn't a lot of houses available, but we came across this one and it worked out great for what we needed- we were really only there in the evenings to eat dinner and sleep! PROS- House is in a convenient location and easy to get to town for groceries and restaurants. This unit is located in the very front of the complex, so it was easy to park and has an awesome view of the lake across the street. The eight of us had plenty of room and the kitchen was a great size for cooking. I liked that the third "bedroom" was upstairs so the kids had a place to sleep/play that was separate from the adults. CONS- I felt like this house was overpriced, but we did book late and were traveling during a peak season... The only way to access the deck and hot tub was through one of the back bedrooms and there aren't any extra towels for the hot tub (pack beach towels if you don't want to do laundry every night). There is only one couch in the living area, so not a lot of comfortable seating when you have 8 people (anybody not sitting on couch had wooden chairs). Overall, this house worked out great for what we needed it for. The check-in process was super easy and we had no issues with anything during our stay!

Had an amazing time in a lovely place

We loved the lake view across the home. It is complete with all the needed condiments and kitchen essentials. The place was very neat and clean. Checkin was a breeze.Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!!!
