The property is the chateux lodge. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The "pellet" wood burner was brilliant. Great location for visiting the coast and the D day beaches. The host, Thibauld, could not have been more helpful. Booked again for September

Lovely ivy-covered gîte on the grounds of beautiful estate house. There some animals on the ground (goats chickens and ducks), and a pond nearby. Good size rooms, a small kitchen and it's reasonably well kitted out. Owner speaks English not very well so you will need to use google translation if you are not speaking French, but always got replies quickly.

Excellent location, calm and relaxing venue

Overall this is a lovely place to have a vacation. The site comprises a range of gites to suit both small and large groups of visitors. There are a range of outdoor activities, games (boule, table-tennis, badminton and the like) and the complex has many quiet tracks that you can take to appreciate the beautiful rolling scenery and wildlife. I gave everything asked 5 stars, but overall only 4 stars. This was because our gite although lovely to stay and all the necessary facilities worked fine, it felt just a little tired and in need of a little TLC. Within a few miles are excellent supermarkets, restaurants and also a superb "Brocante" which is open 7 days a week, with thousands of fascinating antiques and retro-items. There are also many historical sites within easy reach and visits to Dieppe and Rouen are easy to make. I would certainly be happy to stay at this complex again.

Das Parken war ideal, direkt vor der Haustür, das Haus ist von Drei Seiten abgegrenzt so das man Absolute Privatsphäre hat.Das Grundstück auf dem kann man in den zwei Sonnenliegen super entspannen und von innen ist eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre wie auch in der Beschreibung beschrieben es ist alles was man braucht Vorort, sollte es dennoch ein Wunsch geben, wird der Hausherr ihnen mit seiner freundlichen sowie Hilfsbereitschaft gerne weiterhelfen.Uns hat es sehr gefallen immer wieder gerne. Semaine de stage en Normandie

J’ai passé une semaine avec ma fille qui effectuait un stage vétérinaire en milieu rural. Le domaine de Grosmenil est fabuleux par son calme et ses espaces. Le logement était parfait, le confort optimal, seul manque à noter des prises dans la salle de bain et la chambre. Le jardin relativement grand, dommage que le temps ne nous ait pas permis d’y passer plus de temps. Le clos des chèvres et des poules était fort sympathique et a rendu notre chien fou d’amour pour ces animaux. Il ne fait nul doute que j’y retournerai pour un week-end ou une semaine en famille en espérant que la météo soit des nôtres.

Grossartiger Landsitz

Auf dem sehr grossen Landsitz befindet sich ein beeindruckendes Herrenhaus. Ausser unserem Haus gibt es weitere Gebäude auf dem sehrweitläufigen Gelände die ebenfalls vermietet werden. Unsere Unterkunft hat einen grossen Garten, der durch einen Zaun und einer großen Hecke abgegrenzt ist. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Ausflüge an die grandiose Alabasterküste (ca 50 min) in die umliegenden Nationalparks sowie an die Seine, Honfleur, Deauville und Trouville sind sehr zu empfehlen. Auch der naheliegende Garten Agapanthe ist äußerst sehenswert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5min in Bosc le hard zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Der Vermieter Mr. De Beaunay ist ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber.

Tolles Ferienhaus im Grünen

Das Objekt findet sich im Grünen, sprich außerhalb von Ortschaften, in einer ruhigen und gepflegten Umgebung. Das Haus macht einen guten Eindruck, die Betten sind bequem, die Küche hat alles was man braucht, der Garten ist groß und unser Hund hat sich wohl gefühlt. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ca. 5 Min. mit dem Auto entfernt, Rouen ist in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen und Dieppe in ca. 40 Minuten.

Cette magnifique propriété est idéale pour les amoureux de la nature qui recherchent le calme et l'émerveillement. La forêt située à quelques kilomètres offre de très belles promenades mais on peut aussi se promener aux alentours de la propriété.
