About this property

Remodeled Frisco Mountain Side Condo - Pool and Hot Tubs/WiFi

This unit is newly renovated and provides a comfortable stay for year round
outdoor activities. Located at the Montainside, you are steps from the White River
National Forest offering trails for hiking, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.
Mountain bike trails are across the way as well. Additionally, you will find easy
access to Main Street, down town (1/2 mile), seconds from the bike path that will
lead you to Lake Dillon, Copper Mountain, and many other adventures.

Within the complex, you will also have access to Tennis, Racquetball and Volleyball Courts, in
addition to an indoor swimming pool and hot tub, steam room and sauna, as well as
three outdoor hot tubs and a stream that runs through the property.

Our sunny first floor, one bedroom plus large loft unit was renovated in fall, 2018,
offering brand new flooring, kitchen appliances, bathroom updates, furniture
and bedding. This unit offers blackout shades, two large flat screen TV’s,
community grill and washer/dryer on-site. Sitting and relaxing by our fireplace is wonderful way to
end a day filled with activities. The parking garage is conveniently located just steps
away from our front door, so no need to shovel snow off your car in the winter
months!

Frisco Digs provides cable/internet, board games and a kitchen that is fully
equipped with all the necessities for making a family style meal. We also have pool
towels available and provide bath necessities (shampoo, conditioner and body
soap), along with hairdryer/flat iron.

Landmark places from Frisco Digs include:
- Under one mile from Frisco Bay Marina where you can rent kayaks, SUP
boards, boats and more!
- ½ Mile to Downtown Main Street in Frisco and enjoy the restaurants and
shops
- Major Ski Resorts (Copper, 8 miles; Breckenridge and Keystone, 10 miles;
Loveland and Arapahoe Basin, 16 miles; Vail, 27 Miles; Frisco Adventure Park,
2 miles).
- Close proximity to the sledding hill, adventure park and Nordic Center
- A few minute walk to bike path and trailhead

Sleep Arrangements:

Condo was great and as described. It is a great location. Just few blocks from Main steet and the bike/ski path is right behind the condo. Host was very responsive when we didn’t get the access code. There is plenty of sleeping space but limited relaxation space for more than 2 adults.

Great Location, quaint town.

Great location to easily visit multiple ski resorts in the area. Cozy accommodations. Community pool and hot tub were a welcomed bonus after a day of skiing. Frisco is a nice town with several great food options.

This is my third stay and second unit in the Mountain Side complex. It is very convenient to Copper Mnt, Breckenridge, and downtown Frisco. Parking is good. And the pool and hot tubs are excellent. I recommend the unit.

First of all this property is a terrific location. One can easily walk to Main Street for shopping, dining etc.. The place was perfect for my family (we came for a wedding). Property was clean, spacious and quiet. The location was convenient to local ski resorts and walkable distance to Frisco's Main Street with shops and restaurants. Underground parking was a plus. Kitchen and bathroom had all the of the needed supplies and hot tubs and sauna felt great after a long day of skiing. Three of the four beds were extra firm. Loft bed was comfortable as was the couch/bed. Unit could use a good ceiling fan to better moderate the temperature in the loft. Overall, I would recommend this unit.

A perfect week!

My teenage son and I (I'm actually the mom, with this joint vrbo account) stayed in this fabulous condo for the week, the perfect home base for our adventures. It was immaculately clean, sleekly modetn yet still very cozy-feeling, with plenty of room for each of us to have our own space. It was super quiet, as it backs up right to the mountains behind the property. Morning coffee while watching the hummingbirds right off the deck, and evening cocktails as the sunset turned to aloenglo above the stunning peaks right behind the house - such a treat. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, all very new and aesthetically appealing too. The beds are very comfy with generous bedding, and lovely hot strong showers. The condo is a quick walk to Main St Frisco, which has so much to offer in the way of great restaurants and shopping. We could also walk out the door right to the bike path and hiking trails. Bryant was very helpful when I called for some advice before our stay, and very responsive when I needed to modify our dates. I am asolutely planning on a return stay with my husband this winter! The location is so convenient to multiple ski areas and nordic centers as well. Can't wait!! Thanks Bryant for an awesome week!!!

Great condo for summer vacation!

We had 3 adults and 2 kids stay at this condo in July. It was extremely close to the bike path and a 15-30 minute drive to some great hikes. At night we went to the pool and hot tubs, the kids had an amazing time. The place was very clean and you have a view of the mountains from the sofa. We all highly recommend!
