My condo located in the trendy condominum complex loft 268, on the second floor. It is in the heart of Romantic Zone. Minutes away from Los Muertos beach, and just one block from Badillo’s restaurant strip, aw well as galleries, shopping, bars and nightlife. Daily concierge service included. Main entrance has a stylish courtyard with manicured tropical gardens, covered lounges, and a multilevel rock water feature

Amazing rooftop area with a large infinity pool overlooking the ocean, waterfall, glass enclosed, air conditioned gym and party rooms with pool table, and lounge. Outdoor BBQ area, fire pit and Jacuzzi.

Overall this is a great property and unit in a fantastic location. The mattress in the main bedroom needs to be replaced. Also, another internet router is needed for the main bedroom since the wifi doesn’t reach back there. Beyond that no major complaints. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Gorgeous Condo and Exceptional Locations

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is gorgeous - exactly the way it looks in photos. And the rooftop area with pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, bar and lounging areas is spectacular. And, you can't beat the location.

This is a very stylishly appointed two bedroom with everything you need to have a perfect get away. Walking distance to everything you are looking for in Puerto Vallarta. Host is super responsive and hope to stay there again.

Great place - perfect location

This condo is in a very nice, well-maintained building. The rooftop pool is fantastic and offers views of the Bay, the mountains, and the surrounding neighborhood. The unit is clean, modern, and comfortable. The location in Zona Romantica is blocks from the Bay and steps from numerous restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!

Best rooftop pool. Building is stylish and well maintained. Unit is well equipped and comfortable. In Jan the balcony is always in the shade. Noisy on balcony during day, but no noise in unit while sleeping. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place!!

Easy and secure check in, great communication with the owner. Outstanding roof pool and vibe. Easy walkable neighborhood close to restaurants, shops, beach, square, lively neighborhood but quiet for sleeping. Great space for the three of us, one couple and a preteen kid. The only thing that could be improved upon were the bedspreads. Clean but I prefer a non synthetic option. Great place to hangout when you’re not running around. Awesome deck that looks out over a not too busy street. Thank you!! Fun quick visit on our way to Sayulita.

Check in was easy. We did have some issues as we stayed 2 weeks and had friends visit. People who come must have ID and get checked in. We did not know this. The location is excellent. The rooftop area and pool is so good. Despite being in the heart of things the condo is very quiet. The owner was very responsive and I never had an issue contacting her for any reason I would recommend this condo for adults. Not entirely suited for children due to glass around balcony and pool areas The area is great. Short walk to beach and pier. Lots of bars and restaurants. Lots of shopping. Close to buses. Very close to Roy Cuallle Enjoyed our stay very much

Beautiful Condo PV

The booking was quick and easy. The host was very responsive to questions and emails. The condo is beautiful decorated with all the modern appliances. The balcony is a nice place to enjoy your morning coffee. The location is close to beach, restaurant, shops, and bars.
