renovated village house, ideally located between the church and the port, with its pleasant view of the bell tower of Ars. We have just completed the finishing touches, the house is furnished, any comfort there!
The house around a charming 45 m2 south facing courtyard, composed of:
- A large living room with a dining table for 6 people and lounge area with large picture windows on the court,
- Fully equipped kitchen with windows overlooking the courtyard and bar with 5 bar stools,
- A bathroom with WC on the ground floor, with washing machine and dryer
- 4 bedrooms upstairs (with 3 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds)
- 1 bathroom with toilet and one shower room with WC on the floor,
- A garage for bicycles and beach equipment (street entrance with digital lock, practice!)
- The garden furniture enables to take all their meals outside: barbecue, table and chairs for up to 8 guests, 5 sunbeds
- WiFi, TV

Charming house in great location

A really lovely spacious house with superb open plan area looking onto courtyard where sun could be found throughout the day. All facilities were as described on the website and all areas were immaculately well maintained. Ars is a very pretty village and the property is a stone's throw away from the central square with its impressive church spire. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.
