This was one of the best places we’ve stayed in decades of coming to the mountains. Well appointed, clean, and a great view of Winter Park. It was a quick walk to the lifts and a nice dip on the hot tub afterwards. In case you have a large party, you won’t be disappointed sleeping on the most comfortable sleeper sofas ever.

Amazing stay and location!

Absolutely perfect stay at this property. The owners are friendly and very responsive towards all and any questions I had before and during the trip.The house is spacious, clean, and in a great location. As a group of 8 adults, we had tons of space to hang out and spread out without feeling tight. The hot tub on the balcony was very appreciated after a long day of skiing. The shuttle stop is just up the road and it was very easy to get to the mountain. The kitchen is well stocked and had all the basics for making breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a long weekend. I would gladly stay here again if I'm ever in Winter Park again!!

Great Location for Skiing

This was the perfect place for our group to go skiing at Winter Park. The condo felt very spacious and we did not have any trouble fitting everyone inside. The condo is easy walking distance to the shuttle even in ski boots. The hot tub was a great way to relax after each day of skiing. On top of these points, everything in the house worked just as expected. The only problem we found was that we couldn't get the surround speakers to work, but to be fair we also didn't reach out to the hosts to try to fix it; we happily just used our bluetooth speaker for music and the TV speaker was perfectly fine for movies. Thanks for letting us stay and we would highly recommend this for future trips to Winter Park!

Absolutely superb

This was the perfect rental for our family to spend the weekend up in Winter Park. We had 4 adults and two children. It literally ticks every box. The views from the deck/hot tub are incredible. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The kitchen is beyond stocked with plates and pans making it super comfortable to cook from home, plus they had oil and a full set of spices. It was very clean and sunny. The mudroom downstairs is huge making it super easy to take off gear and organize after a day of skiing. You can literally walk to the gondola in 10-15 mins from the front door or the bus can pick you up just down the street. There is enough parking for two cars, plus extra just down the street. They had so many towels available for use. I really have no complaints. We want to book again for a few stays next year.

As partial owners, we are in a unique position to use the property when we want and can but rent it out during our weeks that we don't use. The home stays equipped with items that make it comfortable to us and we believe extends to our guests.
