Cimarron Lodge 31 is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,020 square foot condo at the base of Chair 7 in Telluride town. This spacious condo offers lots of light with large picture windows in the living room. The open first floor plan includes a large sitting area with a flat-screen TV, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. A queen bedroom and bathroom are also located on the first floor, while upstairs, the large king master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. If you're looking for mountain views, the master bedroom opens to a spacious private balcony overlooking the ski area and lift 7. An in-unit washer/dryer, covered parking space (clearance 6'8"), and complex hot tubs round out the reasons this is a great place to stay! (LIT does not manage hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.)

Cozy stay during a week of rain and snow-topped mountains in Telluride. Condo was well outfitted and in our favorite part of town. Would have appreciated different seating on the deck --something more cozy to pull under the covering and enjoy the weather (seating is not as pictured). Would definitely stay here again.

The whole of Telluride is an awesome place and this property just adds convenience and peace of mind on top of the awesomeness. It's right next to river trail which makes it easy to access the shops and restaurants in downtown. There's a grocery about 5-7 minutes walk.

Awesome location next to the Coonskin Lift

The listing was exactly as described and had the added benefit of having a completely separate loft apartment that allowed my wife and I to have a separate living space from our teenage kids. The location is basically ski in/out so you can't beat the convenience.

We look forward to welcoming you in beautiful Telluride! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the party back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we will have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone! Quiet hours 9pm - 8am.

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes & marijuana (we CAN smell it!). $500 fine.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines begin at $500, and may be higher if damage has occurred or additional cleaning is required.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. Hot tubs & Pools - Lodging In Telluride has no control over pool & hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance issues. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.

6. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
