Villa of 200m2 on one level, bright, spacious, very well equipped.
Entrance, beautiful living room and American kitchen opening onto a 150m2 terrace.
All comfort, fully air-conditioned, 3 bedrooms each with its bathroom.
30m2 infinity pool with large wooden and terracotta terrace.
Fitness and cardio room. Sauna for 4 people.
20 min walk from Villa de Noailles and the medieval old town of Hyères.
10 min walk from the Roman villa, large neoclassical house from 1880 with exotic garden and sea view
10 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches of the French Riviera
View of the golden islands, Porquerolles where you can visit the Carmignac foundation, Port Cros and its natural reserve and finally the Levant.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit dem Haus und Umgebung! Die Besitzer sind nett und unkompliziert. Auch der Service, dass eine reinigungskraft einmal pro Woche vorbei kam, haben wir sehr genossen und geschätzt. Wir würden es sofort wieder buchen.

Perfect holidays. Great house, great location and amazing view. All amenities necessary for a great time. Even better than on the pictures. We all loved the place. And to top it all , the hosts are very nice and make you feel at home from the very beginning till the end.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet. Der Ausblick ist wunderbar. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. 100 Prozent weiter Empfehlung.

Excellentes vacances dans cette villa décorée avec beaucoup de goût

Nous avons passé un super séjour. La villa est magnifique , décorée avec énormément de goût il ne manque absolument rien et la vue est à couper le souffle. Seul bémol, la maison est effectivement de plein pied....après avoir gravi une vingtaine de marches sans rampe . elle est pourtant décrite comme accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite . la piscine ne presente pas de rampe , on y accede par un plan incliné (pas facile si on n'est à mobilité réduite) et on est ensuite directement en grande profondeur. Ceci juste pour informer les personnes moins valides que cette maison n'est pas adaptée alors qu'elle est présentée comme telle. Sinon, la villa et sa localisation sont exceptionnelles

Highly recommended, to enjoy the best of Hyères

With beautiful views of the Bay of Hyères, all the way to Ile de Porquerolles, this house is very well equipped, maintained and great value for money. For a family of six, this was the perfect location for spending endless hours in the sun, and still within a short distance from great restaurants and nightlife down the sea. I would highly recommend this house for a beautiful and troublesome experience of the south of France.
