Located in the exclusive Highlands at Breckenridge neighborhood, Fletcher Lodge has four en suite bedrooms with views of the slopes.

The 4,400 sqft home features an open floor plan with the kitchen, 12 person dining table, and living room in one grand area creating the perfect environment to relax with your family and friends.

Each bedroom has an attached bathroom.

The expansive kitchen is equipped with Viking appliances, double oven, and two dishwashers with space for everyone to cook!!

Main Living Area - Great Room:
The Great Room creates an idyllic atmosphere for entertaining, relaxing, and simply enjoying your time in the mountains. The area features a wood-burning fireplace, massive 12-person dining table, comfy seating area and a well-appointed kitchen with countertop seating.
A pool table and game area overlooks the Great Room and includes board games for all ages!

Second living room with walk-out basement:
There is a second living area located downstairs where you can walk out to the downstairs patio and enjoy the hot tub or relax outside. The area features a foosball table, gas fireplace, a large couch and a 70" TV for movie nights!

Outside Area:
The patio includes a covered natural gas grill and an outside dining area for up to eight people.
Right outside of the basement includes a hot tub with mountain views and more seating to relax outside.

Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms:
Bedroom 1 - The Master Bedroom has a king bed and a separate space with a daybed for additional sleeping. It also includes a steam shower, and walk in closet.

Bedroom 2 - The second bedroom has an attached bathroom, queen-sized bed, and a large closet.

Bedroom 3 - The third bedroom has an attached bathroom, queen-sized bed, and a large closet.

Bedroom 4 - The Bunk Room has four twin beds, an attached bathroom, and is perfect for the kids!

Each bedroom is equipped with a Dyson heater/fan/air purifier combo. Each bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion.

Kitchen:
Coffee/tea and other cooking necessities are provided. Kitchen includes large stove/oven, microwave, two dishwashers, coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric kettle and crockpot.

Other notes about the home:
There is a 3-car garage with additional parking space in the driveway. Laundry room is on site. The home sits on two acres for ultimate privacy.

Spring fun in the snow

The house was better then our expectations 😊It had everything and more, comfortable for all ages. Hot tub was great 👍 fun in game room,kids bunkbeds were awesome. All the extras made it feel like home😁

Best Fall Getaway

The location and vibe of this house were incredible! The house was stocked with everything that we needed. The kitchen & common space is open concept & perfect for your group to congregate & hangout. The patio & hot tub views are great during golden hour. It was also a huge convenience that every bedroom had a bathroom attached. My group of girlfriends and I so enjoyed this relaxing weekend in the mountains!

Best House Ever

This house was way more that what we expected. The heat was under the floor. The 3 car "heated" garage was oversized, enabling us to park, our F250 truck and our 2500 Suburban inside and never had to scrape windshields. Our grand-kids loved the spaciousness of the of home, the foosball table, pool table, all the games on the shelves and the hot tub. For me, loving to cook and bring out food, the highlight was the oversized Viking refrigerator, with 2 dishwashers, and 2 ovens, amazing. After skiing/snowboarding all day, it was nice to have our food at home, with seating for all 10 of us at one table. This has been one of the best VRBO homes we have ever stayed in and we go almost every year for the kids, and now grandkids. Such a great time to make family memories. What a great house. Oh, and let's not forget the steam shower they have in the master, amazing feature for this home. You won't regret being in this house. So much snow, made it an enchanted wonderland.

A Breckenridge Gem: Views, Wildlife, and Exceptional Hospitality!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a VRBO property just outside of town in Breckenridge, and I can't say enough positive things about the experience. From the convenient location to the thoughtful amenities, our stay was truly exceptional. The prime location, just 5 minute drive to the gondolas, was a game-changer. We could easily access the slopes, making our days on the mountain even more enjoyable. What truly sets this property apart is the meticulous attention to detail in ensuring it's fully furnished with everything one could need. From a well-stocked kitchen with spices to the availability of coffee, trash bags, and laundry facilities, this place truly has it all. It's evident that the owners have gone above and beyond to make their guests feel at home. And let's talk about the views – the mountain range views from the property were second to none. It felt like our private slice of paradise, and the beauty of the surroundings truly set this place apart. Watching the sunrise and sunset against the majestic peaks was an experience that words can hardly capture. In addition to the outstanding property, I must commend the host for their responsiveness. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly, creating a seamless and enjoyable experience. In conclusion, I highly recommend this VRBO property for anyone looking for a perfect mountain retreat just outside of town in Breckenridge.

Great house and owner in prime location

Hayley is a gracious host sharing her gorgeous home. The house was perfect for our family ski vacation. Close to Breck with all the amenities and comforts at the end of the day. We’ll appointed kitchen to cook family meals, hot tub, pool table, card table and a good sized family room for all to gather. Would love to return again next year!

Beautiful house, perfect for a large ski group

The house was beautiful and easily accommodated our group of 12 for a week of skiing at Breck and Keystone. The hot tub was a group favorite, with a perfect view of the mountains. We also loved the kitchen, it was super well outfitted with big range, nice knives, and tons of glasses (to name a few). Also liked the 3-car garage with lots of wall-mounted ski holders. And Hayley was very responsive when we had questions. 5 stars!

Beautiful home & setting - needs some TLC

I felt this place needed some maintenance TLC. Bathroom fixtures, zonial temperature needed fine tuning, some rooms a bit too warm, all fixtures needed tightening along with dishwasher mounts. It’s time for living room/dining room furniture replacement. Quite worn. Now I’m being picky but also I’ve been a landlord for 30 years. Some at executive level. We paid a premium price for this rental, no complaints well worth it just what I would fix for the price charged. My family absolutely loved it and our management company was incredibly responsive to our questions. Very clean and accommodating.

Luxury in Breck as advertised!

This is a great lodge in Breck! Spacious, well designed, comfortably equipped and conveniently close drive to the slopes and downtown Breck. Owner was super nice and accommodating during our 2 week stay and we will definitely look to return here in future trips!

The Ultimate Mountain Experience

This lodge home was unbelievable! There were 9 people in our group and we slept comfortably and basically it was like we lived here for the week. Right away we were blown away by how close it was to town yet we had the perfect view, privacy, and secluded feel at the same time. We enjoyed the TV room, foosball table, pool table, and games they have stocked in the house. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and had literally everything we needed! We enjoyed the hot tub and the sauna shower! We walked the trails around the home and enjoyed the quiet scenery and beauty of the mountain life. We wanted to give our kids a true mountain experience and this was truly the ultimate mountain experience! Just a breathtaking experience!

Fabulous two family home!

The views from the kitchen/dining/family room were incredible; I could’ve sat happily in front of the fire all day watching it snow! Even with two families there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and privacy as needed. When we all came together, the living room provided ample seating and a huge coffee table to play games around. The massive dining table was nice too when we decided to cook at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything required. Hayley, the owner was great to work with! She promptly answered all of our questions (even when she was abroad) and helped coordinate a beautiful birthday flower arrangement delivery to the house prior to our arrival. We got a ton of snow while there and the driveway and roads leading up to the house were perfectly maintained. The HUGE three car garage was also really nice. This was a beautiful, large, well laid out mountain home with all of the amenities you could need. This is definitely a home I would stay in again and recommend to friends.

Magnificent house!

We were only able to stay one night, but would go back for sure..a week minimum to totally appreciate all the home and the surrounding area has to offer. The house is perfectly laid out for a large group/family. The proximity to the resort and village is less than 10 minutes. The house has everything you need and Hayley was quick to respond and very accommodating. Highly recommend this house, would be great in any season!

Wonderful family trip!

We have rented numerous houses in Breck but always on 4 o’clock run or Ski Hill drive area so we were a bit timid of renting of renting in the Highlands but we’re very glad we choose to try Fletcher Lodge. The views from the great room and decks were the best we have had, just beautiful! The lodge was wonderful, extremely clean and exceptionally maintained. The kitchen wasn’t only beautiful and well laid out but was the best appointed kitchen from things you may need that we have had. Anything you could think of they not only had but were great quality! The kitchen, dining and great room are perfect for entertaining a good size group! Hayley the owner was very responsive and exceptional! Would obviously recommended the Fletcher Lodge!!

Great Stay At The Highlands

Just spent 5 days at this home while on a ski trip to Vail and the surrounding resorts. The house is very well maintained, clean with a commercial grade kitchen and spectacular views of the mountains of Breckenridge. All 4 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and showers which is extremely convenient. The hot tub at the end of a long day on the slopes is very relaxing and the wood burning fireplace in the upstairs family room makes it feel like home away from home. The owners were extremely accommodating and available via text or email with any questions or issues. Would definitely recommend this home to stay at.

Wonderful location overlooking Breckenridge Ski resort and well stocked with many amenities!

The house was a wonderful weekend getaway that was very close to Breckenridge! It was well stocked with kitchen items(including nespresso coffee pods), and all the essentials! Check in was very easy, and the owner was super responsive even when we discovered a couple of issues that were caused by the previous renters(hot tub had to be drained and wasn’t at temp upon check-in). Plenty of space for multiple families, and ample room to spread out and enjoy the time together. We enjoyed our time tubing in Frisco too! Certainly a great home to check out!

Great host and great house!

This house was perfect for our group ski weekend! Hayley was an extremely helpful and responsive host. Unlike most vacation rentals I’ve encountered, this house was extremely well stocked with dishes, paper towels, soap, linens, cookware, etc. and the large kitchen is well suited for cooking a huge meal for a big group. Everything you need for a hassle-free stay! Would recommend to friends.
