Experience life on a private ranch just minutes from Downtown. Parker's Place is a one of a kind estate perched on a hill overlooking San Luis Obispo. A luxurious home with wraparound porch, relaxing patio, & boutique vineyard offers EPIC VIEWS of the SLO Valley from literally every room!

Parker's place is a three bed, three bath home located on a private working ranch and sleeps up to 10 people. It has been professionally decorated with one of a kind antiques, furnishings, and original oil paintings. At 3,000 square feet, our spacious open layout is designed to accommodate families, groups of friends, and private gatherings.

You'll enjoy a large, well stocked kitchen perfect for large dinners and groups to hang out in. There are two entertainment rooms with NETFLIX, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN, Fast WIFI throughout. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided.

Every bedroom has amazing views of the Valley! The master suite and second bedroom both with en-suite bathrooms are both on the bottom level. The master bedroom features a king size bed and queen sleeper sofa. Our master bathroom contains double vanity sinks, soaking tub, double shower, and extra large walk-in dressing area. French doors lead right out to the hot tub! Picture enjoying a glass of wine in the hot tub while watching the sun go down.
The third bedroom with queen bed and queen sleeper sofa is located upstairs. This over-sized room has a its own entertainment area and balcony with seating.

BACKYARD:
An entertainer's paradise! The HUGE backyard with boutique vineyard has jaw dropping views. Ample patio seating, grill area, fire pit, grassy area, and hot tub are all available to you! Wander around and enjoy the grounds, and feel free to check out the greenhouse and chicken coop as well. The ranch is situated on over 150 acres and hiking trails are right outside our backdoor! Guests are welcome to follow the trail going up to the top of the ridge for a dramatic 360 degree view!! Local wildlife can include wild turkeys, quail, owls, deer, horses, and cattle. This home is truly one of a kind on VRBO, and WOW's everyone!

*Chrissy & Logan are your onsite managers and caretakers of the property. In general we try to respect our guests privacy. We are of course available to help, or answer any questions. We live next door in the upstairs portion of the detached cottage building. You will not share the backyard with us, as we have our own gated patio area. There are also six chickens in the chicken coop.

Booking:
To book with us, please answer the following:

1) # of people in your party, including anyone just stopping by to say hello.

2) Read our house rules and write “yes I agree to your house rules”. This acts as a signature to our rental agreement.

Once submitted, we can quickly approve you so you can continue with the booking process. :)

Stunning property! I enjoyed a lovely weekend with some girlfriends and the house was perfect. The estate is tranquil and the house is so incredibly comfortable. Tastefully furnished living spaces to the cozy bedrooms and thoughtful amenities. I will definitely be coming back.

Wow! What a gorgeous home.
I cannot say enough good things about this gorgeous home. It's light and bright, the furnishings are beautiful, and the view is unparalleled. You feel like you're away from it all, but you're actually quite close to everything, from downtown to wineries. Our kids loved visiting the chickens, and the adults spent evenings around the fire pit. We will be sure to visit again.

We have hiking right outside our backdoor! Guests are welcome to hike up the road behind the property to the top of the ridge for a dramatic 360 degree view of the valley! On a clear day you can see the ocean.
