Reynolds Landing amenities include walking and biking trails. Guests are invited to rent pontoons, ski boats, jet skis, kayaks, canoes and fishing boats from nearby Oconee Wild or Young Harris Watersports.

Anchor Retreat is located a mile from the “Ritz Gate” of Reynolds Lake Oconee and very convenient to The Ritz Carlton Lodge and its award-winning Ritz Carlton Lodge/Reynolds Lake Oconee (which was named one of the Top 5 Spas in the United States by Conde Naste Traveler Magazine). Nearby eateries include the fantastic Copperwood Pizza, Georgia Butts BBQ, Cafe 44, Mellow Mushroom Pizza; Filet Steak and Seafood, and lots of great new eateries popping up in Greensboro.

Located in the family-friendly neighborhood of Reynolds Landing. This is the perfect getaway to kick back, enjoy some family time or a relaxing week away from it all. The firepit is perfect for enjoying the lake view while drinking a glass of wine or roasting marshmallows in the evening. Inside you will find the main level is spacious with 2 bedrooms including the king sized master with en suite with a soaker tub. The second bedroom is a bunk room that sleeps 3 with a twin top and full sized bottom bunk. Enjoy a comfy night’s sleep on our Serta® Perfect Sleeper® Plush Renewed Night Mattress. This new Serta® mattress provides contouring pressure relief and support for the best sleep you’ve had in ages. The main level also includes a full bathroom, living room, spacious kitchen, and multiple eating areas for the whole family. The second level has two bedrooms both of which are queens and one full bathroom. The natural light throughout the house welcomes the outside in and allows you to enjoy the beautiful Lake Oconee view. The home has two kayaks and a paddle board to explore the lake, and a brand new max dock for boating, fishing, and swimming.  

You can even boat to some of the different dining options on the lake or take a short drive to one of the fabulous restaurants just outside Reynolds Landing gates. Publix is less than a 5 minute drive if you would rather just grill/cook and hang out on the large deck.

We have a golf membership as well and would be happy to look into golf tee times for our guests. Bob Cupp’s cutting edge design of The Landing and The Preserve courses helped launch Lake Oconee as a true golf destination.

We will consider your 4 legged friend on a case by case basis and charge an additional $150 pet fee after booking. We kindly ask that no dogs be allowed in or on any of the beds or furniture. Please tell us about your pup before booking.

PESTS: This is Georgia, although the property is regularly treated for bugs, understand that some do find their way in occasionally. Although it’s not common, you may see snakes, ants, spiders or other wildlife around the property.

We are available from 9AM to 6PM EST every day, and we make every effort to monitor messages after hours. While there is no on-site or after-hours maintenance or staff, we will always do our best to assist. In the case of an emergency, please contact the appropriate emergency services.
