Check in was simple and we were kept fully informed at all times by Vrbo. The villa was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. The pool is slightly on the small side but perfectly adequate and was kept in excellent condition. There is a garage in the underbuild but it is a bit daunting to get in with a large car so we parked in parking area at the end of the private road. We had a problem when we tried to use the iron as the cable was badly kinked with inner core exposed and was too dangerous to use but after one call, Maria, our Vrbo contact, dropped a brand new one within a few hours, excellent service.We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

Immaculate property with all facilities needed for family holiday. Very clean and comfortable with nice air conditioning and excellent pool. We were pleasantly surprised to find a selection of bits for use in the pool and on the beach. The underground parking kept to car cool. There is a great table tennis set up in the basement.Location is amazing for easy walk to town and beach. We had one problem (when the garage door broke) but this was dealt with incredibly quickly by the maintenance team.Check-in and communication was all good but would have been happy to pay remainder of fee in advance (instead of having to wait in for their visit on first day of holiday)Plenty of dishwasher tablets and basic cooking bits (oils, spices, condiments) in house. Nespresso machine in kitchen.Would definitely use again. Thank you

Beautiful modern villa

Lovely 2 week stay with my husband and 2 girls. The pool was great -generous size and cleaned weekly. The villa was big and accommodated our needs. Enclosed underground garage a bonus for keeping the car cool. Lovely quiet location within very easy reach of the beach and the centre of Moraira.
