A superb golf course awaits you on the heights of the resort with breathtaking views of the sea. You will appreciate this villa for its beautiful kitchen, its private garden, its luminosity and its comfort. This villa is perfect for holidays with family or friends.
The villa is close to the sailing school, clay tennis courts, Mickey Club and organized sports activities for young children and teenagers. For older children, the casino and cinema are 50 meters from the villa.
A free shuttle is set up during the summer period between the port of Dahouët, Val-André and Pléneuf. The Ti Bus brings you to the Lamballe and Saint-Brieuc stations. The bus stops are all a two-minute walk from the villa (transport fee).

Emplacement idéal. Devant la mer et a côté de tout mais la maison était encore en travaux. La cuisine est complètement équipée avec une sortie, côté terrasse, un peu encombrée. Une seule salle de bain et un toilette sur la terrasse, pour 11 personnes dont 1 bébé d’un an.

Belle maison de bord de plage avec un jardin ( un peu négligé ) mais il fait le job.On a eu le plaisir d' y séjourner aux grandes marées, un beau spectacle.Très bel intérieur, belle déco, cuisine très fonctionnelle ( juste les poêles qui sont datées et aucun ustensile pour les fruits de mer).On a survécu !!!Hôte très réactif. Je recommande.

Grande maison au bord de la plage.

La maison est d'un confort sommaire et peu adaptée à une famille avec enfants du fait de l'existence d'une seule salle de bains. Par beau temps, elle est parfaitement située au bord de la plage et à proximité du centre ville.Le point de vue est exceptionnel.Elle bénéficie d'une cour fermée très agréable pour les repas .

WEEK END FACE A LA MER : FORMIDABLE !

Nous étions un groupe d'amis de 9 personnes et avons passé un super séjour dans cette belle maison. La vue est splendide. Les 4 grandes chambres doubles donnent sur la mer, c'est superbe. Maison très bien équipée, rien ne manque. Avons eu la surprise de découvrir un joli jardin clos équipé d'une grande table à l'arrière de la maison. Les photos correspondent bien à la réalité. On aurait juste aimé une 2ème salle de bain, mais ça l'a fait. Super emplacement, le long de la promenade et proche des commerces. Bref, tout était parfait et nous pensons déjà y retourner.

Villa avec vue sur la mer

Parfait pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis . Quatre belles grandes chambres et trois pour une personne . Une grande pièce à vivre et une cuisine avec toute la vaisselle dont vous avez besoin qui donne sur un jardin entièrement clos Le tout donnant sur la promenade de Pleneuf Val André et l'on voit la mer dés le matin .... Nous venons de partir et on a hâte d'y revenir
