Our condo is perfectly situated on the 6th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTV in the master, and a 50" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and 2nd bedroom and two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom along with a sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 10.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

The weather cooperated the whole time, and this condo made the experience even better. The heated indoor pool was a huge hit for our kids, and we could walk or have a short drive to all of the best places in Orange Beach. The rooms were much larger than anticipated, and we enjoyed ourselves so much that we plan to make this condo our Fall Break tradition.

I have been staying in Phoenix condos since the 80s in Orange Beach and in Gulf Shores. Love the updates and better design of the building. The condo was as described and would absolutely stay here again. It was clean and updated. Easy access to pool and the beach. Will definitely be back.

Perfect family getaway!

We loved our stay here! The condo was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, not to mention conveniently located on one of the lower floors (6th) of the property. Between the beach, lazy river, and splash pad, there was no shortage of things to keep our toddler busy. Definitely one of our better stays in the OB area!

It was way too short . The Sunday they closed the pool due to weather. Our pool was closed for hours when others were open. We could not find anyone at check in. But that did get resolved once we got someone on the phone . The condo was awesome . Plenty of room and enjoyed all the amenities of the property. Short walk to the beach

Excellent Location and Perfect Condo

4 adults, 2 teenagers, and a child stayed in this condo. It was immaculate. The furnishings were so well made and beautiful and the condo itself was spacious. We felt like we were staying in luxury. The location was perfect with many restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping across the street in walking distance. Basic necessities were provided. Parking on the same floor as the room was such a great convenience. I am positive this will not be the last time we visit this condo at Phoenix Orange Beach!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was not very clean. Floors were dirty when we got there and some surfaces in kitchen. The trash cans had nasty residue in them that need to be cleaned. Washing machine drum is broken so you can only wash one towel or small batch of clothes at a time. Oven didn’t have working numbers and took forever to heat up. Nice unit but needs better cleaning crew and some appliance repairs.

Beautiful unit! Wonderfully decorated! Beds were all comfortable with great bedding! Kitchen was nicely supplied. Could definitely use more bath towels. Parking fee was strange. It was the first time paying a fee when renting a condo. We rent yearly. Sometimes twice a year. The wrist band thing is kind of annoying. A security guard was chasing my 35 year old sister around because she didn’t have one on. Overall the unit was a 10 out of 10. The property was 7 out of 10. The board walk is dangerous. My 3 year old son slipped and fell through the bars 10 feet down to the sand. They need sandpaper grips or something ASAP. His life jacket seven him from falling through. My teenagers also slipped and fell. It also needs furniture neat the grilling area. It’s just a large open area with nothing. Hard to enjoy it.

Thank you so much for the great review! All of the Phoenix complexes require guests to pay for parking. And most of the newer resorts require arm bands to be worn so security knows that only those guests use the amenities at the resort. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful unit. Can’t say enough about how beautiful and well it is decorated. It is brand new , very clean and decorated by designers. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We were able to park on the same floor as our unit which made it convenient for loading and unloading. My only complaints were the young guy that checked us in had a attitude and greeted me with a “what’s up” and the patio furniture was too tall (bar height) for husband to sit in with his Parkinson’s. It had 2 nice chase loungers but he had a difficult time getting up since they are low. It Would be nice to have regular height patio chairs or sofa since he enjoys reading on the patio and relaxing. This unit is on the 6th floor and right above the water slide ,so it was very loud with kids screaming. The lazy river is great but the outside pool is quite small and is part of the lazy river. The inside pool and hot tubs are very nice. Cayce, with the rental Agency was very nice and helpful.

Great location and property amenities

Overall, good rental experience. Had some cleanliness concerns at checkin with the master bed linens. Many peices of hair and hot pink toe nail trimmings found in "clean" sheets. Contacted property manager and got a call back within 2 hours. Someone brought me clean set of king sheets that afternoon, no king blanket was delivered, and no one offered to remake the bed or take the dirty linens. I had to strip the soiled linens myself, remake the bed with clean sheets, and wash the blanket my first evening there before i could go to bed. Manager did offer to refund my cleaning fee of $265 for my troubles. I also found many hairs on all bath towels and face clothes. I ended up washing all the bath towels on second day. A clean king blanet was delivered to me on day 3 of my stay and no one ever collected the soiled linens. Manager did offer to have someone picked up on day 3, but i was not in the condo to put the dirty linens by the door the time the cleaners stopped by. Otherwise, the unit was clean and as advertised. Clean kitchen, shower/tubs, floors, ect. I hate that my experience involved the cleanliness issue of linens or i would have rated 5/5 for all areas. Property has excellent amenities and well maintained. Close proximity to food, groceries, shopping.

The only drawback for us was the height of the beds and the dining table. One person in our family has disabilities due to stroke so the height made it difficult for him. The bedroom setup worked perfectly for all of us, and we had plenty of towels. We had plenty of room to spend time together in the living area and balcony. The beds were comfortable, but I would bring my own pillows next time. The only cooking we did was breakfast. There was sufficient cookware and dishes for that. We were happy to have the large coffee maker as well as a Keurig. The only suggestion I would make is to update the pots and pans because the non-stick coating is quite worn. Overall, we had a fantastic week. My husband and I plan to stay in this condo again in September with friends.

Security seemed to take their job serious which is always a plus. We did notice that our floors in the condo we were in were not clean. My child’s feet were extremely dirty after being there for 30 mins. Everything else seemed pretty clean. The size of the condo was perfect for 3 families but we probably wouldn’t stay here again due to the pool area.
