About this property

3 or 4 person studio at the foot of the slopes, Avoriaz resort!

Renovated, this studio is located on the 2nd floor of the Vivace building in the district of Ruches. Bright and modern in style, it is located 100 m from the heart of the resort.
At the foot of the slopes, close to shops, near the Children's Village or the ESI, this studio combines calm, well-being and functionality.
Composed of a separate toilet, a bathroom (shower, storage, wall radiator) and a main room, it is ideal for a family of three or four people.
It has a kitchen with ceramic hobs, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, a teapot, and all the necessary kitchen.
In the main tiled room, there are two sofa beds, a table with four chairs (plus two folding), a large TV screen, Wifi, a storage cabinet, two radiators, and especially four large windows with view of the resort and sunset.
Pets and smoking not allowed.
Possible rental from Friday to Friday depending on the other occupants. All weeks of January are available at a price of 400 euros.
By the way, if you come with friends or family, possibility to rent the adjoining studio. Contact us.
