Beautiful villa full foot for 9/10 people halfway between the Ocean and Lacanau lake. Ideally situated in front of the Golf de l'Ardilouse, the house is in a quiet road and frequented the seaside, in its green. Very large wooden terrace of 200 m2, sunny, with swimming pool open from April to October, secured by an electric shutter and heated (optional).
2 very large living rooms of more than 70 m2, all comfort with fireplace and wood stove. Open kitchen fully equipped.
1 large master bedroom with en-suite shower room and wc, 1 large double bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed, 1 other bedroom with 2 x80 single beds or 1 x160 double, and a final bedroom with bunk beds, drawer bed and sofa bed up to 4 children. Separate WC and second shower room. Ideal home to share with 2 or 3 families.
In the basement laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.

Lovely Property

My family and I stayed at this property for a week at the start of this summer. The photos on the website don’t do it justice. A lovely property and we all enjoyed our stay. We will look to stay here again if we visit Lacanau again.

Family holiday

Fantastic property with so much outside space for pool games, dining and sunbathing. Great location… feels very private and safe and only a short drive from the beach and the supermarket. Great beaches and waves and lovely restaurants and cafes. Only comment on the villa would be lack of seating around the TV if wanted a family movie night, only a small sofa for 2-3.

Fantastic house and location.

We are a family of 5 and had two extra girlfriends with us. The house is beautifully appointed and equipped with everything we needed. The outside space was brilliant with plenty of space and sun beds/seating for everybody. Pool was lovely and warm with no heating necessary. We didn’t have bikes so the car was essential but the location is quiet and peaceful with no overlooking neighbours. We hope to return.

We stayed her for about two months, sept-nov 2025. We loved the place. It has all amenities that you may expect and more. Like eg three different ways for making coffee. The bedrooms with good beds and good bathrooms are real nice. Though I would not say they are sufficient for 9-10 people. Unless two sleep in the sitting room o you have a threesome. Anyway, it is a great place to stay. The swimming pool and the terrace are lovely and without oversight. There is not anything we can say in the negative, except that the rooms aren't soundproof. I mean, when you snore in the bedroom at one end of the house, others in your company can easily hear you at the other end of the house. Both in some ways that is fun too. The concierge is really good and lovely too. So, yes, we certainly recommend it. Especially since the regio where it is, is just beautiful. The ocean 10 minutes drive; the lake about 5.

Tolles Haus, schöner Ort

Schönes großzügiges Haus mit riesiger Holzterrasse. Pool beheizbar was im Spätsommer sehr angenehm war. Moderne sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Schöner Ort mit tollen Stränden, vielen Restaurants, alles mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Man spürt sofort, dass sich hier die Eigentümer persönlich engagieren. Ruhig gelegen und alles gut mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad zu erreichen (Meer, See, Bäcker). Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als übertroffen, auch dank der sehr guten Betreuung durch die Verwalterin.

Maison idéalement située entre lac et Ocean accessibles en vélo par les pistes cyclables même avec des enfants de 6 ans. Prendre néanmoins son élan pour la montée..😀 La maison est très lumineuse, spacieuse très bien équipée dans un environnement qui donne l’impression d’être seuls dans la pinède La piscine à 28 degrés a permis aux enfants de se baigner tous les jours malgré un temps moyen L’accueil de Mayline est chaleureux et efficace S’il fallait trouver un point négatif : …aucun … Tout est top top top Merci aux propriétaires de respecter autant les locataires en faisant en sorte que tout soit optimisé pour passer d’excellentes vacances Pour avoir l’habitude de réserver en famille nous avons rarement été aussi enthousiastes du plus petit (2ans) aux grands parents !!!

Lors de notre arrivée excellent accueil de Mayline.Jardin et maison très agréables à vivre dans un environnement boisé à proximité du golf de l'Ardilouse . Maison très bien équipée, tout confort. Piscine chauffée. Je recommande vivement cette adresse.

La maison de notre bonheur

Tout y est au sein de cette maison pour un sejour de 1 semaine parfait ! Décorée avec charme, on s'y sent vitre tres bien. Spacieuse. Tout équipée, on passe du temps a cuisiner en groupe, à se prelasser sur le.salon en bordure de piscine...ce fut unique et magique pour nous !

Une semaine de vacances familiales de rêve

La description et les photos de la villa laissaient présager une très bonne semaine. La décoration chaleureuse, le jardin et la piscine chauffée nous garantissaient, que le soleil soit de la partie ou non des vacances réussies. Tout a été au delà de nos espérances ! L’accueil super professionnel et sympathique,la maison hyper équipée, les 2 tables extérieures pour manger abrités ou non, la plancha, le barbecue et j’en passe … Rien à dire , je crois que pour ma famille je n’aurais pas désiré mieux ! Juste peut-être 🤔 des moustiquaires aux fenêtres des chambres….mais bon, là je cherche la petite bête 😅😂

Wir waren mit unseren Jungs im Teenageralter zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus und hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub. Das Haus ist großzügig und sehr hell, die Küche mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünscht und der Aussenbereich ist einfach zum Erholen perfekt gestaltet: Die Holztrerasse mit Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein und aufgrund der durchdachten Gartenanlage genießt man ruhige Stunden in absoluter Privatsphäre . Perfekt für alle die Ruhe und Erholung suchen und trotzdem mit Auto oder Fahhrad in 10min am Strand oder See sein möchten!

Traumhaft schönes Haus. Fantastischer Außenbereich. Wirklich perfekte und hochwertige Ausstattung, insbesondere der Küche. Man merkt der Ausstattung an, dass die Eigentümer das Haus auch selbst nutzen. Weniger als 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Meer oder auch zum Supermarkt, Bäcker u.s.w. Der See ist sogar noch schneller erreichbar. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Verwalterin.

Nous avons passé une semaine idyllique, dans un endroit calme, entouré de verdure. Piscine chauffée pour les enfants, qui en ont bien profité. Maison agréable où rien ne manquait. Tout était parfait.
