Located in the heart of one of the highest villages in the Lot et Garonne, on the edge of the Lot and Dordogne you enjoy this old forge renovated stone.
This building is beautifully situated to visit the houses of the Lot et Garonne and the many buildings of Lot and Dordogne.
Everything is designed for your comfort, 240 square meters with space: the ground floor a beautiful kitchen in a beautiful living room with sofa tv and dining room, a bathroom and a toilet.
Upstairs 4 spacious bedrooms including 3 equipped with mattress 160 and 180, a bathroom and a toilet.
At the top they are equipped attic space relaxation with TV area, library, table football. .
Outside a large covered terrace of 80 m2 with beautiful sitting area and garden furniture and stone barbecue.
In the garden of 800 square meters a wooden pool of 7m x 4m with deckchairs

A little slice of heaven

Nancy and her family couldn't have been more welcoming. We were greeted with lovely gifts of local produce and lots of helpful information and recommendations of things to see and do in the area, you really couldn't ask for a more friendly welcome. The house was very spacious, the outdoor space was amazing and the house was very well equipped. The pool was a Godsend, especially as we experienced some very high temperatures (up to 40°) during our stay. The only drawback was that the downstairs did get very hot and we were thankful of the fan we had taken with us, then again the temperatures we had were unusually high. Nancy did mention they could be installing air-conditioning downstairs as well as upstairs, so that would be a bonus, perhaps in the meantime a couple of fans may help. The village is quiet and the views are beautiful. You are just a short distance (about 10 mins in the car) from everything you need - supermarkets, local shops, boulangeries etc and there are an array of the most gorgeous medieval villages and towns to visit in the area, all within about half an hour or less. The swimming lake, only about 20 min's away was a lovely place to spend the day at, the lake was a perfect temperature and there was plenty of shade under the trees and also a very reasonable snack bar and pedalows to hire, I would recommend it for younger children, teens and adults. Thank you Nancy, for your hospitality - we hope we can return again one day.

Magnifique gîte

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Des propriétaires à nos petits soins. Nous avons adoré la soirée conviviale dans le village Gîte décoré avec beaucoup de goût, avec de beaux matériaux. La terrasse à été notre lieu de prédilection. Piscine sécurisée. Un lieu idéal pour les enfants,avec plein de jeux Merci pour tous vos conseils de visites et vos cadeaux de bienvenue ( la confiture de prunes,une tuerie....)

Idéal en famille ou entre amis

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans un gîte très confortable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine sécurisée a fait le bonheur des petits comme des grands. Le porche a été le cœur de la maison. Nancy et JP sont très disponibles et de bons conseils sur les sorties à faire. Nous avons pris plaisir à découvrir les environs en famille et entre amis. Je recommande l'adresse !

Excellent séjour à tous points de vue

Accueil très sympa. et disponibilité des propriétaires. Découverte d'une superbe propriété magnifiquement restaurée, confortable et très spacieuse offrant de nombreuses possibilités d'activités. Avons apprécié le calme environnant et la situation de la propriété au coeur du petit village juché sur un point dominant la campagne environnante. Logement très bien situé pour découvrir la région et ses nombreux sites remarquables.

PARFAIT EXCEPTIONNEL

Le gite est parfait, très propre, très bien équipé et de qualité, très grand et très calme. L'accueil a été parfait, nous avons passé un week-end en famille, avec un bébé de 20 mois et tout était sécurisé. Barrière aux escaliers, la piscine protégée et fermée. Grand préau à l'ombre pour manger, jouer et se détendre. Nous gardons l'adresse et y retournerons avec des amis où la famille. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce gite. Nancy et Jean-Pascal sont très accueillants et de bons conseils pour les visites de leur région.

Endroit idéal pour repos et balades

Je recommande cet endroit à tout ceux qui recherche le calme et la nature. Les hôtes sont adorables et toujours disponibles. La maison est très agréable et la pièce à vivre idéale pour profiter des uns et des autres. Pas de commerce sur place, juste à quelques kilomètres... De belles balades tout autour de la maison Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour, nous reviendrons certainement :)
