Individual rents weekly, a beautiful bungalow with a capacity of 10 people, 240 m2 located very close to the village of Saint-gervais on a plot of 1000m2. An outbuilding in an all-wood mazot for 2 people will delight young and old. Not overlooked. Pleasant.

Close to the cable cars, possibility of access on foot or by free shuttle in winter.
Family ski area Evasion Mont-Blanc (St-gervais, Megève, Les Contamines, Combloux, St-Nicolas de Véroce ..), you will enjoy 440 kms of slopes and an exceptional view of Mont-blanc.

In the village, you will find various restaurants, local shops: food, ready to wear, press house, pharmacies ... 5 minutes walk.

The house is composed of:
- 3 bedrooms with a double bed,
- 1 bedroom with 1 loft bed and 1 single bed,
- Independent all-wood Mazot for 2 people.
- 2 bathrooms: 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and 1 bathroom with bath / WC.

Absolutely fantastic

Firstly the host is amazing very clear communication and always on hand to help. The property is just incredible, set up for children and adults with plenty of space. It is like living in your own home there is everything you need. The location is wonderful such a quick walk into town. Great views as well which was a bonus. We will be staying again. Thank you so much to Magali for making it all so easy.

Traditional chalet in beautiful location

Great chalet close to the centre of Saint Gervais (easy walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, tram), with beautiful views of the alps. The chalet has a lovely living area with a big kitchen, dining area, outside seating and bbq. Bedrooms are big with lots of towels provided. The host was very good at communicating and answered questions promptly. The layout of the chalet was a bit unconventional - for example the shower room did not have a toilet; and the toilet did not have a sink. Would have rated 5*s if there had been a guidance/welcome pack (eg instructions for wifi, recommendations for walks, etc) and soap in the bathrooms. Many thanks for a great stay.

Lovely chalet in a great central position

We stayed in the chalet for half-term skiing - two families with three children, seven in total. The chalet is spacious, very well equipped and full of character. The kitchen and dining area is great and we had some memorable meals there. There is a decent sized garden which the children loved for snowball fights. It’s a five minute walk to the centre of St. Gervais and the ski bus stop for the Bettex lift is a couple of minutes walk, or it’s only a 15 minute walk over the bridge. Magali was very helpful and easy to contact, although we had no issues at all during our stay. There was plenty of space for parking down the quietdead-end road where the chalet is located. Local supermarkets, bars and restaurants are close by and it’s only a 10 minute drive to the Hypermarket in the valley. Overall I would highly recommend - we enjoyed our stay very much

Le séjour était exceptionnel. Un emplacement TOP. Un accueil incroyable, Magali est d'une gentillesse incroyable. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Le village est très bien. Les randonnées sont fabuleuses, le dernier jour nous sommes allés dans le chalet d'alpage "chez Marie", à faire sans hésiter.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in diesem Chalet. Die Begrüßung durch die Vermieterin war sehr nett und sie war stets für Fragen da während unseres Aufenthalts. Das Chalet ist wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist perfekt. Wenige Minuten ins Zentrum zu Fuß. Tram zum Montblanc auch in 5 Min. erreichbar. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder. Danke für die schöne Auszeit die wir hier verbringen durften. Liebe Grüße

Voilà un vrai chalet qui a une âme !

Très joli chalet, en tout point conforme aux photos du site, extrêmement bien situé car village et téléphérique pour accéder aux pistes sont à distance "marchable" , pour couronner le tout, propriétaire charmante qui prévoit un vrai arbre de Noël et une boite pleine de décorations pour qu'on passe un vrai Noël en famille. Bref, que du bonheur! Allez-y !

Séjour estival à Saint-Gervais-les-Bains

Le chalet est spacieux, au calme tout en étant à deux pas du centre ville et des télécabines pour le VTT et les randos. Il dispose d'un jardin charmant. Magali, la propriétaire, est très prévenante et disponible.

LE GRAND CONFORT

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine en famille dans ce chalet très bien conçu au calme et à 5 mn à pied du centre ville. Tout est fait pour que l'on ne manque de rient que l'on s'y sente bien. Accueil très sympathique de Magali toujours disponible. Vous voulez faire une belle randonnée ? Alors monter direction le Mont d'Artois, garez vous sur le parking Les Mandarines puis piste Alpage. Suivez les panneaux chez Marie. il y a environ 1h, 1h15 de marche (pas besoin de raquettes des bâtons suffisent.) Un conseil montez avec des luges vous pourrez tout redescendre. Quand vous serez au restaurant de MARIE vous pourrez y découvrir leurs bons petits plats...avec une vue magnifique !!! LA TARTE À LA MYRTILLE ...UN RÉGAL... et enfin vous découvrirez qui tient ce très beau chalet :-) Merci encore.
