Welcome to this beautiful villa, your perfect getaway!

Outside, you will enjoy a private terrace overlooking the pool, perfect for morning coffee or a relaxing dinner. The spacious garden, which is not fenced, provides a playground for kids. Relax on the sun loungers or grill a delicious dinner on the barbecue.

Inside the villa, you'll find a bright, inviting living area with a comfortable sofa and modern entertainment, including a flat-screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator, with ample space for dining at the large table.

A charming villa situated in a quiet and secluded area just outside Peyia village. The stunning views from the village make the slight inconvenience of security gate and challenging vehicle access worthwhile. This nicely equipped villa was ideal for a relaxing holiday with plenty of opportunities for sun or shade as the mood takes. Just a couple of minor issues but I'm sure the owners will resolve these quickly. Certainly a villa to be recommended if you are looking for peace and quiet and some wonderful views.

Overall, we found the villa to be clean with lovely views, and the area was extremely quiet and peaceful. The kitchen facilities were quite good, equipped with all the utensils one might need, and the provision of bedding and towels was appreciated. The outside area was also clean, and the pool was a good size. However, we were informed that the pool was solar heated, but unfortunately, it was not heated at all. The only thing in the storage cupboard was a bubble wrap style cover for the pool, but it made no difference to the temperature.Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues that impacted our stay. The two wooden framed sofas in the lounge were broken, making them unusable. We reported this issue, and while Robert kindly said he would arrange for someone to come out, no one ever showed up. It was quite disappointing not having somewhere to sit in the evenings. Additionally, the mattresses were very hard, which made our stay less comfortable. Regrettably, these issues mean that we would not consider returning to this property. It's such a shame because the villa has great potential and could be a real gem with a bit of TLC and an upgrade on the furniture.

Didn't want to leave!

Stunningly beautiful villa, inside and out. The location is perfect, so peaceful and the view takes your breath away! Everything you could possibly need for the perfect holiday is here. Just a short trip down to the shops and bars the villa has the best position in the town. We had the best time and would love to return one day soon. Thank You! Xx
