Urban hip retreat with pool and huge back yard

A beautiful home, with a huge private backyard. Enjoy the entire home as if it were your own. Custom finishes throughout. My home is located near shops and is a 25 min Uber ride to the strip. The home is great for both kids and adults! We ask that you notify us if there are more than 2 vehicles that need to park at the property.

The house was clean and comfortable. The backyard, swimming pool and hot tub were great to enjoy on a warm September weekend. Ari was a great host to work with and was very accommodating to ensure we had a great time using the property.

This was a great experience overall, the property was spotless, kitchen very well stocked with anything we needed. Pool towels available, plenty of seating inside and out. Even very nice pool floats for us to use. The host communicated promptly. We had a wonderful time.

This property was a great choice for our family including three young children the location was perfect- close to family we were visiting, downtown Summerlin, and an easy drive to other activities we did. It was really helpful to have a fully equipped kitchen in the house. The backyard was great with lots of trees and the kids enjoyed the pool every day! They were also obsessed with the PacMan game in the living room! All in all a great choice for us and would book again.

Our family of 8 stayed for an extended weekend. the house is like a resort and it is nice to have a break from the Las Vegas atmosphere and relax in a beautiful setting. price is reasonable and Ari accommodated an early chexk-in. Would come back again!

Cool house with a nice pool. Floor left our feet black after 20 mins of walking around the dishes were all dirty in the cabinets. Other than that it was a nice house in a nice neighborhood.

Yes, the hot tub was hot enough and we had pretty much everything in the kitchen. We would’ve liked to see a crockpot but not a big deal overall, the place was really nice. We had a great time and we will be going back.
