In this vacation Rental you are truly "Next-Ta-Sea."

The Pearl 802 offers two-bedrooms, two-full bathrooms and a private beachfront balcony. As you enter the condo you are greeted with a full kitchen and dining area. The living room is connected to the balcony which gives you the perfect view to take in the stunning emerald waters of Navarre Beach. It even offers an electric fireplace for cooler seasons and romantic nights with your significant other. The master bedroom just off of the living room is made for relaxation with a king bed and a private door to the balcony. The additional bedroom is family ready with a queen bed and a full over full bunk bed.

This condo is a great place to have a relaxing beach getaway for a small family or a group of friends. Need more room? This room can also be conjoined with Pearl 801 (if available) to sleep an additional 12 guests.

The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. And there are community gas and charcoal grills and enough parking for two vehicles!

Family Vacation

This our 3rd visit to Navarre Beach and The Pearl and this unit was exactly what we were looking for. The only thing we would have changed is that we are used to the units including at least two chairs and umbrella set up. Other than that it was great. The office staff was quick with responses and booking questions I had.

Some small maintenance issues around the trim and under cabinets look rough as did the dining room table and chairs. This unit has an option to connect with a larger unit next door so I'm sure it accommodates big crowds and takes a beating. These are no longer new units so could not expect perfection. Was assured by property management they were aware of condition, and we would not be charged. That was my biggest concern. Comfortable and charming and beautiful views. Chair rental has gotten very expensive. I'd recommend for sure.

Definitely will back!

We had the best time everything was super nice. The condo was the perfect size for a family of six. The kids love the pool perfect access to the beach. The room had everything we needed the fan in the big bedroom needed to be changed because it made a funny noise when you turned it on high And maybe the TVs could be updated but other than that everything was perfect. It was spacious check-in was simple and easy and we will definitely stay at this unit again we loved it.

2nd coldest Xmas since 1983. We loved the condo. Once it warmed up we were able to keep the patio door open to enjoy the sounds of the waves and the view. Both were amazing. With the full kitchen we cooked 80 percent of our food on our 10 day stay. Highly recommend 👌

Overall great experience

Really enjoyed our stay here at Navarre. Great location right on the beach with a nice pool and hot tub. Building was well kept and clean. Condo was stocked with everything we needed. Only major complaint was that the carpet must have been cleaned immediately before check-in as the floor in the entire condo was soaking wet when we arrived. Thankfully it had dried out by the next morning once we turned on air and fans.

Not the nicest unit I've stayed in at the Pearl but was plenty good enough for a weekend with just my wife and l. Prominently featured the pictures of this unit is a fireplace, which seemed like a nice feature for a late October trip. This fireplace though can only be controlled with a remote that was not anywhere to be found. Perhaps a previous guest removed it or it is secured in an owners closet to prevent guests from using it? It didn't matter all that much ultimately but does feel misleading.

Mattresses were hard in the master bedroom and the bunk bed squeaked everytime someone moved. Overall had good selection of pan use. Washer and dryer were nice, but would have loved one that allowed fabric softener. The refrigerator is a side by side and overall small so doesn’t fit larger freezer items well. They have a crock pot which I thought was amazing! They were also great about responding to any need we had come up during our stay. And we were able to check in well before 5pm which was amazing and a major plus! Would definitely stay again.

Sleepless in Navarre

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: The condo was clean and great location with a great view. Cons: beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, especially the brand new king in the master. The full size bunks were ok. The noise heard inside the condo from the surrounding condos was extremely loud day and night. Not well insulated walls for sound / noise transfer. Wash towels each night because the washer is quite small. Kitchen was well stocked except for pot lids: only 2 for smaller pots. I don’t often leave negative comments / reviews but between the lack of sleep due to the mattresses and the noise levels was extremely disappointing. I have stayed in many condos over the last 20 years or so but none that were this loud and uncomfortable.
