Ghost Canyon Getaway "Cabin" #4

Beautiful quiet getaway in the Black Hills, located only 10 minutes from Custer State Park, 25 minutes from Mt Rushmore, 35 minutes from Rapid City, SD. Lots of hiking, fishing, wild life and beautiful country. Guided horse back rides offered by J & F Tails and Trails next to the property.

The cabin sleeps up to 4. The bedroom has a queen bed and the living room has a double futon. The unit has a stove, kitchen table, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, sink, private outside BBQ with a side burner and a shared outside Blackstone griddle. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, silverware, plates, pans and utensils for cooking if you want to cook in instead of eating out.

The unit has heat and air conditioning, free internet, and satellite TV. We provide bed linens, towels, and kitchen utensils. The rooms are cleaned when you check out and a one-time cleaning fee is charged. If you need additional towels or bed linens during your stay, just let us know.

Nice covered deck for drinking your coffee in the morning and watching the day start.

The property has a fire pit for all guests enjoyment and a basketball hoop for the kids to burn off their energy.

This was a beautiful property and the perfect spot for our family of 4 to base our SD adventures. I was able to utilize the washer/dryer and the full kitchen. Having a glass of wine on the back porch next to the table fire was nice.

Fabulous! Spacious, well-decorated and blessed with beautiful meadow and mountain views. We lingered for an hour after breakfast, even though we had places to visit, because it was so peaceful to sit in the rocking chairs on the semi-enclosed porch, taking in nature. Even semi-famous athletes like us couldn't resist the temptation to live like our grandparents for a few moments.

Perfect Location

We loved our stay! This VRBO is tucked away in the peaceful countryside — we watched deer and turkeys right from the porch each evening. It’s close to Custer State Park, Mount Rushmore, and plenty of hiking and beautiful sights. We give it an exceptional rating and would love to come back!
