The Space:

Relax, recharge, and take in the views of Mt. Crested Butte. This tastefully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers comfortable one-level living with a bright, open layout and everything you need for a few days or a few weeks in the mountains.



Located on the second floor, the condo requires one flight of stairs to access.



The open-concept living area is the heart of the home, with sliding glass doors from both the living and dining areas leading to a spacious deck overlooking Mt. Crested Butte. Cozy up by the electric fireplace, stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or simply enjoy the mountain views. The renovated kitchen features new appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home.



Down the hall are two guest bedrooms: one with a queen bed and one with a twin-over-twin bunk bed. They share a full bathroom located across from the kitchen. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located near the bedrooms.



At the end of the hall, the private primary suite features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and its own small deck—perfect for stepping outside with your morning coffee.



In winter, the free shuttle to the Mt. Crested Butte base area stops about every 20 minutes in front of Building A of the Outrun Condos parking lot, making it easy to get to the slopes without driving.



With its renovated interiors, mountain views, three comfortable bedrooms, private outdoor spaces, and easy shuttle access, this condo is an inviting home base for enjoying Crested Butte in any season.



There is a private garage for gear/bike storage and you will have parking passes for 2 cars in the lot.   Trailers and RV's also unfortunately cannot be accommodated here.

The hot tub is one of the few in the area that is open year round for guest use. There is also a private tennis court that is open seasonally on the property.  There is a grill at the hot tub area for your use as well.



All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



Guests 25 and older or children with their parent(s) or guardian(s) are welcome.

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.



Our company does request that you sign a separate rental policy upon booking.  If you would like to see this prior to booking, please ask and I'd be happy to email it to you.



No smoking of any kind is allowed in the property.

The Neighborhood:

The Outrun Condos are located just north of the Three Seasons and Chateaux complexes. They have an outside community hot tub and all units have garages. You could walk to the base area in about 10 min but you can easily take the shuttle that stops just outside the Aspen bldg parking lot.
