Breakwater Condo is situated just over the Rockport/Rockland line. Walking distance to the Rockland Breakwater ocean walk and the Samoset Resort and golf club. A quick drive into downtown Rockland, Rockport and Camden for restaurants and shopping. This is a perfect location to base your Maine vacation from. Day trip north to Acadia National Park in Bar Harbor or head south to visit Boothbay Harbor. Lovely mountains and hills nearby for hiking, biking, and getting fresh Maine air...!

What makes this property unique

Home gets lots of sunshine and has westerly views for gorgeous sunsets! Gaze out at Rockland Harbor and watch the boats cruise the bay. The deepwater pier is picturesque too!
