Adorable sunny house in the heart of downtown

Small house downtown to do everything on foot (shops, bars, restaurants, museums and city close to 5 min / beach 500 m).
Tastefully furnished, you will also enjoy its garden and its summer terrace of 35 sqm sunny all day.
The house has been totally renovated and everything is totally new (dishes, bedding ...). We love to hunt and find furniture and decoration that have a history and atmosphere and hope you enjoy this choice.
The terrace is lovely as the sun all day (which is not obvious in the city center). For your comfort and your relaxation, deckchairs, sunloungers, parasol and barbecue are available.
In addition, we have commissioned a mural on the outside wall of the house by young local artists, making it a totally unique and exceptional place in Concarneau landscape.
The house is located along the 'green lane' (driveway Jean Le Bris) which is a hiking trail that runs through Concarneau and goes beyond since it is the old railway track which fully furnished. Access to the greenway is 20 meters from the house and peacefully lead the harbor in 5 minutes.
The piece living room-kitchen is ground floor and a window door gives direct access to the terrace. At this level there is also a shower room with WC.
On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms en suite. The first mezzanine has a bed of 160 and the second 2 beds of 80 can be assembled in a second bed of 160. The living room sofa converts to a bed of 140 x 200 and can accommodate 1 or 2 additional visitors. (The duvet, sheets and pillows are also provided for this bed if necessary)
Note that the stairs leading to the rooms is a little steep, there is a gate to the top for the safety of children, but access is therefore discouraged to people who have difficulty moving.
Linens are provided. Towels are optional at the price of 7 € / set / person. Thank you specify before arrival if you want this option.
We do not require cleaning fee because believe that our visitors may prefer to do it themselves, but if the house is not made in the initial state (or if you prefer to take this option), the fee is € 50.
Parking in the city center of Concarneau is paid from 15 June to 15 September, but our street and adjacent streets are out of the end zone. You will always find a free parking space in the neighborhood. In addition, the large free parking of the old train station is 5 minutes pioed. We will give you some tips on arrival for free parking closer to home ...
We put all our heart into the renovation and refurbishment of this house and hope you have a lot of fun to stay there.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday. Possibility of renting in mid-September to early June.
Note that the town hall of Concarneau requires a tourist tax which is 0. 55 € per adult / night.
A flat rate for the consumption of electricity and water is included in the rental (actual consumer payment beyond)
