Please contact me for more information or to see a video of the condo. The Condo is located on Miami's sandy beach plus it has a downtown Miami view. Marble floors, exotic granite in kitchen and bathrooms, top end appliances, wine cooler, rainfall showers, Jacuzzi, 70-inch LCD TV (1) in the living room, 50-inch LCD TV (1) bedroom, washer and dryer and more....There is also a contract from us to be signed besides the one with home away. Failure to sign our contract will not guarantee your booking at the condo

Best condo on beach-La Perla -Sunny Isles Beach

It was our first time in Miami. I can honestly say that it is the best on the beach! We checked in late Saturday evening. When we stepped into the condo the first thing that got our attention was the amazing, panoramic, view. The pictures don’t even begin to show how beautiful this place really is. It was spotless, clean. Smelled good. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Beach chairs were top of the line comfort! Came with an umbrella. Pool was great. If we had any questions we could easily reach the owner or assistant. I would definitely recommend this condo. We would love to return again!

you wont find a better looking condo then this in sunny isles everything is high end and im always on top of my condo you will never find anything that's broken or not working in this condo.
parking is free you can valet or self park in my own parking space at no cost.
beach access from the building all umbrellas, chaises towels are free of charge.

What makes this property unique

corner location beautiful layout where you have beach,view beach access as well as downtown Miami view.
pretty much all restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops are walking distance.
