This spacious 6 bedroom Modern Cape Cod Farmhouse is situated in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown, Shops, Restaurants, Whole Foods- Grocery Store, Bagel Shop, blocks to Mt. Sanitas trailhead. North Boulder Park is 1 block away with a playground, picnic & grilling areas, fitness station & ball field.

Architecturally designed Outdoor Kitchen-Dining Area with 20 person granite table, Stone Pizza Oven, Argentinian Grill.

Outdoor Basketball Court and Large Yard with Volleyball Net set up available upon request.

Housekeeping included 3 times per week. M_W_F if requested in advance of stay.

Large Chef's Kitchen with an open floor plan, lots of seating and natural light, great for entertaining.
8 person banquette dining area, 4 island barstools with plenty of room for mingling.

Love to cook? Seasonally pick fresh tomatoes, herbs, peppers, squash, peaches, apples, grapes and flowers from the gardens. Viking appliances, gas range, all the kitchen gadgets you would need along with plenty of island space for food prep.

Cozy up in front of the Living Room fireplace for lounging and TV watching. In the spring and summer the doors from the living room open up to the outdoor patio sitting area for a pleasant, airy indoor-outdoor living experience.

It was a great experience staying in this house, area and location was amazing and very close to trails for hiking and close to pearl street mall. There are lot of outdoor and indoor hangout areas for our big family to enjoy. We really enjoyed cooking there kitchen was amazing. This is great for a big family gathering!! Excellent. Lots baths and towels and toilets and bath showers were great! Beds were clean and comfortable!!

The home is absolutely amazing. We rented for a wedding in the area and desired a larger space for multiple family members. The home did not disappoint. Solidly built home with many well thought out features. It is on our list for renting again when the need arises in the Boulder Colorado area.

Gorgeous property in a lovely neighborhood close to CU’s campus. It’s hard to describe how welcoming and LARGE this home is. The pictures don’t do it justice! Stocked with everything you need and more, tons of gathering spaces and comfort all around. We felt very at home during our stay and would highly recommend!

This is really a stunning and thoughtful VRBO home. Located in a safe and walkable neighborhood in Boulder, 15-20 minute walk or an easy short drive to trails, parks, groceries, shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The home was super clean, the hosts were communicative and available. Everything worked and was exactly as described. There’s plenty of rooms, beds and good quality linens for our group of 10 adults and one child. The bathrooms were clean, luxurious and stocked with the basics.The kitchen is very well equipped and had everything I needed to prepare and serve full meals for our whole group. There’s lots of room inside and out, so it’s easy to gather together or find a quiet spot. The outdoor kitchen, wood fired pizza oven, fresh tomatoes, basil, and blackberries were a big hit with our group. We would definitely stay here again!

Wow! All 14 of us loved our stay at this beautiful property. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, super comfy beds and very spacious. We celebrated a birthday dinner at the 16 person outdoor table, had movie night in the downstairs movie room and all ate breakfast together every morning in the huge kitchen. If you are coming to Boulder, look no further. This house is perfect for a large family get together! Thank you so much!!

Great house for large groups. We had 7 adults and six kids and everyone enjoyed themselves. Well stocked property and lovely spaces for playing games, relaxing etc. Hiking nearby, Pearl Street area and much more close by. Keep in mind owners may be on property (not a problem but we were unaware) as well as tenants share back yard space. Very nice people and neighbors are great. Also some bathroom doors do not lock. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Perfect location and attentive hosts

I rented the property for two weeks and had a great experience. The hosts were extremely gracious and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. There were a total of 6 rooms with beds for guests, and there was a cleaning service 3x per week. I would recommend this property to others that are looking to rent a house in Boulder.

Dream house in boulder

The house was perfect. I think the pictures and details on the listing didn’t give it enough credit. The backyard was incredible. We ate every meal outside. So much space to spread and out and truly feel like you’re at home. Lynne was quick to get back to us with any issue that arose. We had a wonderful time!

Dream Home

My family and I enjoyed our wonderful stay. The hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with. It is a perfect home for a family stay. We were there for a family reunion/wedding. The backyard is simply fantastic. We had big family dinners out there. Worth every penny!
