From the Pearl Street mall that has numerous restaurants, coffee shops, retail, and night life to the University of Colorado, home of the CU Buffs. Just a small commute and your options are endless to hiking and biking trails, great fishing spots, golf courses, rock climbing, and Eldora Mountain Resort.
