Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 10€ per pet per night. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property.
Please note owner lives in an appartment next to the property. you will have independent entrance and total privacy. Please note: the owner cleans the pool every morning. Please note that air conditioning is available in the property, however, reasonable use is expected from travelers.
