Wonderful property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. It is secluded and peaceful. Plenty of room to spread out both inside and outside. The lake was beautiful. Great getaway for a long weekend of fishing.

Awesome property to stay at if you’re looking to get a little ice fishing in. Can’t beat the proximity to the water and we were catching perch all weekend long. Excellent communication with the Tom and Shelly.

Lake front vacation

Shirley & Tom were wonderful, they answered all our questions before our vacation started promptly, the house was beautiful with little extras to make us feel welcome inside. The beach front was perfect for my 9 month old grandson to explore his first time at the beach. We fished off the privet dock, paddled along the lake in the provided kayaks, the Mountain View was beautiful with the most amazing sunsets. We had fires on the private beach in front of the house with the stars twinkling above. The path from the driveway to the house was well lit and the cobble stone made it an easy walk with luggage and a baby.

Fantastic place to stay in NH

Tom and Shelly go above and beyond to make their home comfortable for their guests. The entire property is immaculate and beautiful and they are extremely thoughtful in terms of amenities. They are also very friendly and did everything to make sure our stay was perfect. We had an amazing visit and it was very convenient to attend a nearby wedding.

What an amazing property!

We came up for a bachelor weekend getaway and were immediately impressed with the property! Beautiful construction, great landscaping and maintenance. As if the outside wasn’t good enough with the views, the games, and available toys for use, you go inside to amazing decor, the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on for sure, and so much interesting memorabilia from years past! I can’t recommend this property enough! Thank you again to the Daniel’s for an amazing stay!

Shelly and Tom Daniels grew up in the Boston area. Tom from Medfield and Shelly from Newburyport. We lived in Newburyport before work took us to Minnesota and Maryland and then back to Newburyport. After vacationing with our 4 kids at multiple lakes around New Hampshire and Maine, we just fell in love with Pine River Pond, the crystal clear water, and the outstanding views of Mount Shaw (Castle in the Clouds) from our property.

In fact, we liked it so much, we bought the house next door and now live there year-round.

Great 4-season house. Whether you are looking for a weekend getaway, winter ice fishing, fall foliage, snowmobiling or looking to ski.

The water here is crystal clear. Not to scare you, but if you look off the docks and into the water, you'll see fish swimming around. Sandy beach, great views. Location, location, location.

This is a great 4-season house for that multi-generational vacation. Gentle sloping property makes it easy to get around. Adults can sit on the deck and keep an eye on the kids playing on the beach or in the water.
