Tropical style Luxury Townhome, newly renovated - Paradise!

Located in Princeville on the island of Kauai, this beautifully fully redone property will have everything you will need for your vacation in one of the most beautiful places.
The master bedroom features a king bed, television and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a Vitamix blender, toaster, coffee maker and all everyday essentials. The main living space is an open concept with the kitchen and dining area making it easy to enjoy your time together during your vacation. The entire space has been elegantly decorated with brand new modern furniture and over-dyed authentic wool carpets. If you wish to spend time outdoors, the patio is set up with furniture and an eating area. The third room features a desk and computer with internet access.
Property includes washer and dryer.
You will have access to surf boards, boogie boards, beach chairs and beach towels to make your visits to the beach the best it can be. The property is located near the stunning beaches where you can surf, swim and snorkel.

Additional air bed available for children under 12. Maximum occupancy of 6 persons.

We walked into a well maintained and clean space. Very spacious condo with an incredibly well stocked kitchen (you could bake if you wanted) and laundry room. Beach amenities were in great shape and we used everyday. The lanai was a welcoming space. The location is top notch w just an 8 minute drive into hanalei. Tanya was easy to communicate with and she accommodated a late check out.

Felt like home!

From the moment we walked through the door it felt like home away from home. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was very well stocked, and everything was very well organized.. there cooler is, beach chairs, sand toys, everything you could need. We have stayed in this neighborhood several times in the past and enjoy the pool and hot tu tub and how quiet the neighborhood is.

The condo is beautiful and just as pictured. Everything we needed, this condo had! No need to rent beach gear (toys, umbrella, chairs, ice chest, surfboards etc.) because they have everything in the garage for you to use. The pool was heated and so nice. We will definitely stay here again!

One of Our Best Vacations

My family and I enjoyed so much staying here. The condo has everything we needed and much more. The rooms are tastefully decorated, and the kitchen is well equipped. The location of the condo is perfect for golfers and beach goers. Lucy, the property manager, is very responsive and helpful. We only wish we could stay longer and look forward to coming back.

Home away from Home! Adult family loved it!

We loved this place, very comfortable and clean! Perfect place although we did end up having to drive a bit for most of our excursions as they were on south end of island. We loved Hideaway beach, were able to see turtles and fish galore a bit of a steep hike but so worth it. Highly suggest renting snorkel gear or at least having goggles. Many other attractions nearby, so beautiful and peaceful at this place. Highly recommend.

This is what all VRBO experiences should look like. This place was extremely clean, well appointed furniture, so well stocked kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable as well as the the rest of the unite. We stayed at a VRBO at Nihilani about 12 years ago, so I had already experienced the wonderful pool, spa and neighborhood but his place was really something special. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
