Plaza Marina Casa de Campo with Roof Tarace

The Property is in the Heart of the Marina.
With spectacular Ocean and Marina views. Just renovated November 2018.
Its got a roof Tarace, perfect to enjoy the sunset.
Extremely convenient, Supermarket and Movie Theater
just around the corner. Restaurants just downstairs in the Plaza and along the Peer.
If you come for deep sea fishing, you can just walk out to the Peer.
On the back side of the Maria is the beautyful Chavon River, with the Activity Center you can rent Kayaks and see hunderds of colorful birds, and Pelicans hanging out in the trees.
You are just a 5 min. ride from Minitas Beach or Altos de Chavon a re-creation of a Mediterranean style European Village.
the Amphitheater and Archeological Museum is a must see.
We have some of best Golf Courses in the world,
If you are a golfer make sure to play the Teeth of the dog , designed by Pete Dye .

Casa de Campo although got Equestrian Center, Polo, Shooting Center, Tennis, Soccer.
Literally just steps away from our condo is the only supermarket inside of Casa de Campo and it features pretty much everything you will need during your stay including imported beef, liquor section which offers a great selection of international wines.


Pharmacy, 5 banks/atm's, salons-spa, restaurants, bars, golf cart & scooter rental shop, bicycle rental shop, ice cream shop, shopping, movie theaters, fishing, yacht club & sailing club are all literally a few steps away from our condo.
Cook/Made service is available:
only Cleaning 30 USD, Breakfast preparation and Cleaning 40 USD, Breakfast and Lunch Preparation and cleaning 50 USD per day.
All other main attractions in Casa de Campo are only a few minutes away including: Minitas beach, Altos de Chavon, golf, tennis, dozens of pools, our equestrian center & polo fields, spas, gyms, shooting center & helipad.
Please be aware,
When you arrive at the main gate ,
Casa de Campo Resort charges a 25 USD per person per night resort fee ,children till 4-12 Years 15 USD upon arrival. After 1.february 2026 they charge 30USD for every person over 13 years and 15 USD for children 4-12 years of adge upon arrival.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please turn AC and lights off, hang moist towels, take out garbage.
Leaf all keys where found. One in the look box. Make sure to move numbers and close lid so nobody can see the code.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
When you arrive to Casa de Campo they will charge you a Resort fee of 25 USD per night per adult and 15 USD for children 4-12 years.
only house-trained pets ara allowed with a dog fee. Pets are Not allowed on sofas and beds. Please advise owner.

Host was so gracious and incredibly responsive - answering all of our questions. Marina location is wonderful! Right in the heart of things, but not too loud. Roof deck and lower level terrace were amazing! Wonderful spot to enjoy coffee or a cocktail and watch the harbor!

This property and Nicole were amazing. The location was unbelievable, with rooftop views of the marina and all of the best restaurants just steps away. Nicole reserved a ride to and from the airport for us, had a golf cart waiting when we arrived, and had Jasmine cook breakfast and keep the property clean while we were there. Everyone in the marina (especially the security guards) knows Nicole, and if you need anything, just tell them you are renting with Nicole, and they roll out the red carpet. We would definitely recommend this property and Nicole!

This place has it all!

Nicole’s place is the perfect spot for families or friends. The most special features included the rooftop lounge which overlooks the expansive marina and trendy restaurants. It is a stones throw to the only supermarket in Casa de Campo (this was key). If you are lucky enough to have Jasmine available she is an amazing cook and person. She goes out of her way to make your stay extra special. Nicole was available for questions and responses time was fast. This was the first of many trips and we are so happy we found this paradise.
