The property "LA FREMIGERE" is an old Charentaise farmhouse renovated in 2016, whose history dates back to the XVth century.
The estate has vineyards and is surrounded by exceptional trees including a plane tree multi-year.
The main house consists of two houses (Pavillon and Fremigère), two others (Platane and Figuier) located 25m direct access by the common courtyard and the lodging PIns.

The cottage Pavillon: 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room for 15 people. (5 single beds and 5 double beds).

The Frémigère cottage: 6 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a large living room for 15 people. (7 single beds and 5 double beds).

The cottage Figuier: 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room for 8 people. (4 double beds).

The flat Platane: 5 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, terrace and living room for 12 people. (1 double and 10 single).

The cottage Pins: 4 bedrooms with 1 bathroom, kitchen, terrace and living room for 11 people (2 double beds and 7 single beds).

Basic rate per day for 2 gîtes: (900 € / day) .10 rooms.
 2 cottages + fig tree. 1300 € / d. 14 rooms.
3 cottages + plane. 1800 € / d. 19 rooms.
4 gîtes + Pins: 2100 € / day. 23 rooms.
RATE: for 10 persons per lodging, then 10 € / day per additional person.

Pets: 20 € for the stay. Cleaning service extra: 110 € / gîte.


A shared swimming pool is arranged in the courtyard with its sliding terrace and slightly salty water (access from 10 to 20h).
Several rest areas and recreation areas (shaded areas, ping-pong, petanque) are arranged in the garden.
The common courtyard does not host parties that will take place indoors (rooms) or in the garden area.

Linen sheets can be provided at a rate of 15 € / person and not included in the price displayed.

Rental from 2 days or weekly to Saturday.
