This luxurious open-concept home has a heated pool & amazing lake views. The property features a gated entry, a deluxe chef’s kitchen & wine cooler.
There is an elegant formal dining room with a decorative coffered ceiling; a large family room with plank wood flooring & a custom wall unit with an electric fireplace and a 75" TV niche. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, master & guest baths with seamless glass shower enclosure, custom framed mirrors, a Smart TV & upgraded lighting.
The large utility room with a custom built-in office; a screened-in patio with an outdoor kitchen and paved pool deck with long lake views. Additionally, there is a new LG washer & dryer. The entire house has upgraded LED lighting.
Riverstone has incredible amenities including a state-of-the-art lifestyle complex, a full-time social director, a heated resort-style pool, a lap pool & spa, a fitness center, 5 lit tennis courts, a pickleball, a basketball, a playground, a water play area & picnic pavilion.

We place so much emphasis on cleanliness. We now pay even greater attention to areas like door handles, light switches, TV remotes, faucets, and toilet flush levers.

We are proud owners of various properties. As Swiss-Americans we enjoy unique places that are welcoming and comfortable. We have lived throughout the world from Switzerland to Japan and are currently living outside of NYC, in the suburbs of New Jersey.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with Naples, FL for various reasons. Proximity to airport (20 mins) makes for an easy commute. Beach is 10 minutes away as are great restaurants and shopping. Sports activities are abundant at all levels. Overall, the community is vibrant and growing. Riverstone is a private classy community. Above all the unique tropical climate of Southwest Florida assures that even in January, one can jump in the pool and sunbath.
What makes this property unique
As soon as we opened the front door - we knew this was our place. It was modern with clean lines and a long view of the lake! The luxurious design is minimal and very luxurious, not that 80s dated interior design (or lack of) that so many FL properties hail.
