FRONT DE MER, beautiful apartment with all comforts

Beautiful, comfortable apartment crossing 124m2 renovated, thanks to the location, you can enjoy the peace and well-being of the port area. It has a spectacular view of L`Escala marina, rosas bay and riells beach. Located on the seafront just 400 meters from Riells Beach, 130 meters from restaurants and just 450 meters from a supermarket.
Riells beach, is very wide and very shallow. Nearby are superb Montgo beaches, empuries. The site also offers beautiful hikes and mountain bike routes.
Close to the beach there is an amusement park with a karting for children. The promenade offers a variety of restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, as well as souvenir shops and others.

The apartment has a fully equipped and renovated kitchen leading to the air-conditioned living room with wifi and access to a large terrace where you can also enjoy al fresco dining. it consists of 3 bedrooms including a suite. All rooms are exterior (with double glazing) and have a closet. In addition the apartment has a practical laundry room for linen and beach accessories. It also has two fully renovated bathrooms with shower and toilet.
In total it can accommodate 6 people 2 double beds (150 cm), 2 single beds (90 cm each). We offer additional services, cleaning, bed linen and towels.

The views and location are incredible, can not be beaten for the price. Wonderful marina and restaurants very near by. Clean and tidy, easy check in with someone meeting us with keys all very good.

Logement au Top très bien équipé, on se sent comme à la maison. Terrasse agréable et très bonne exposition. Pas de problème de stationnement malgré la haute saison, plage a proximité à pied. Restauration de qualité sur place. Propriétaire très à l'écoute et réactif. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement pour un séjour bien agréable en bord de mer dans un cadre très sympa.

Wenn Urlaub, dann hier. Perfekte Lage, Einkauf in 4 Min zu Fuß entfernt. 2 Bäder mit Toilette sind super praktisch. Saubere Wohnung, bequeme Matratzen, klasse Aufteilung des Appartments. Der Balkon, ein Ort, von dem man nie wieder weg möchte. Einen Nachteil hat die Wohnung. Man muss sie leider nachdem Urlaub verlassen.😤

Une excellente semaine à L’Escala

Nous avons séjourné , une semaine dans l’appartement de Stéphane GONZALEZ . Cet appartement est très très agréable , très bien décoré, chaleureux , très bien équipé, rien n’y manque . Nous étions 3 couples et franchement nous ne nous sentions pas à l’étroit . La vue de la terrasse , sur le port , est dépaysante et change constamment au grès de la météo et du va et vient des bateaux et des mouettes .On ne s’en lasse pas ! Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Stéphane et son épouse très à l’écoute . Que du positif ! Idéal pour visiter la région .
