Great location, amazing corner balcony view. Easy check in and out. Minor issues with sticking doors and pillows could use a refresh.

Great location, within walking distance to the boardwalk and good access to the beach. It lacks amenities. The furnishings are outdated, the carpet worn, the space was not well cleaned, and the host never replied to my message. However, the leaky faucet in the kitchen did get fixed the day after I reported it. The kitchen has enough appliances and dishes, but the dishwasher door continually falls open and the stove is really old. We ate out for more meals than we usually would as a result.

Thank you for your review, Phyllis! We appreciate the feedback. Unfortunately, parking at condos in Carolina and Kure Beach is very limited and tight. We do our best to inform guests of this prior to booking and arrival. We are glad that otherwise, your vacation with us was enjoyable. We hope to see you again in the near future!

Beautiful view

Everything we needed to accommodate our stay was there, we found a crockpot and that was so nice. We could play all day and dinner was ready when we got back. We were within walking distance to the boardwalk. The view was amazing and our stay was fabulous!

Room little dated but well kept. Close to beach; nice view; swimming pool also nice. Parking little tough. But worth it for other positives.

Needs updating..

Even though the place served it's purpose for our stay, the place really needs an update. Needs to have the old carpets removed and put down some kind of laminate flooring for better cleanliness. Loved sitting on the deck watching the beach area.

Great location! Makes up for other challenging parts.

We arrived after 5 on a Friday evening in the rain. We were unfamiliar with the area. The parking spots designated to us in the email were full plus an extra car. We attempted to contact the property manager (Carolina Realty) Phone message said, office is closed, so I left a message. There was an emergency number to call. I called and had to leave another message. No one got back to me until the next day. We had to drive around for a while. We attempted to park and then saw the extra car leaving. We parked temporarily to unload. That was when we learned (from a form in the unit) that there were "first come first serve" parking places a few spaces down. This would have been nice to know. We left to get food. When we returned two more vehicles had left from our lane. We parked the car and tried to not leave again. After this bumpy start, the rest of our stay went fine with parking. We were disappointed with the lack of help from Carolina Realty when we had no idea where to park our vehicle especially with signs EVERYWHERE warning of 24/7 tow if parked in the wrong spot. It would have helped to know we had other options of where to park. However, I can't overstate the great location of this unit. We would definitely stay again.

Thank you for your review, Donna! We are sorry that the communication regarding the parking was not what it should have been. We are glad this didn't impact your stay with us too much. We hope that you would consider staying with us again soon.

The unit was fine and close enough to walk to the boardwalk and restaurants. But the parking situation (for the whole building) is bad enough to make me not go back. Even if everyone follows the rules, someone is getting blocked in. But lots of people aren’t following the rules, which makes it worse. And I don’t want to spend my vacation playing parking police or hoping I’ll have access to my car when I want to get out.
