- Kitchen: Fully equipped to meet your needs with dishwasher, washer/dryer in the closet, Keurig, drip coffee maker with provided filters, and a French press. We supply a some k-cups and coffee bar; always welcome to bring your own preferred coffee for a personal touch.

- Dining Area: Full-size table for 6 where your family can savor meals you've prepared together or enjoy take-out from nearby eateries.

- Living Room: The queen pull-out sleeper is here to accommodate. Balcony with a oceanside view. TV with cable and Roku. Board games, cards, and books for added entertainment.

- Ocean Side Deck: Relax to the soothing sound of the ocean waves and catch breathtaking sunrises from the comfort of your own deck.

- Street Side Balcony/Porch: Enjoy fresh air on your private porch connected to the second bedroom. You'll even find a storage closet stocked with beach apparel for your use.

Clean and Relaxing

Condo was extremely clean and very well appointed. All the extra touches were noted and appreciated. Location to the beach was excellent. Only negative noted was the parking situation. You must park in a narrow row, front to back. While you do “have” a spot assigned, you can easily be blocked in and you are relying on being able to get in contact with the 2 other vehicle owners to get out. This made me feel very anxious in regards to an emergency situation when you may need to get your car out quickly. There is “overflow” spots but the situation is the same. Host was great to work with and very responsive.

Great Beach Location

This condo was super clean, well stocked and comfy. The noise from the condo above us was horrendous on Friday and Saturday night. We powered through and the next two nights were great. Overall, we had a great time.

Impressive!

I absolutely loved my stay here. Everything is clean and convenient. The view is absolutely breathtaking and listening to the ocean. Waves falling asleep is beyond therapeutic! Location is great within walking distance to many restaurants. Host did a wonderful job communicating and making self available if needed. I love my day and I would 100% recommend to stay to anyone!

Perfect Family Getaway!

Our kids had an early spring break this year, so we decided to spend part of it at the beach before the crowds of summer hit. The condo was clean, bright, and smelled so nice! It was also stocked with everything we needed (and more!). The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We loved the convenience of being able to walk right down to the beach and having chairs provided was so much nicer than having to pack and bring them from home. It was also nice being within walking distance of the boardwalk area and not having to worry about parking. We definitely hope to stay here again in the future.

Super break from work

We stayed four nights to take a break from work and the craziness that always seems to come at the first of the year. This condo was even nicer than the photos showed, exceptionally clean, and decorated to inspire a feeling of calmness and comfort. Great location for walking to some of the best restaurants. The beach access is well maintained and the view from the balcony, although not expansive due to the dunes, nonetheless reveals the ocean , the sea grasses and plenty of shore birds. The kitchen is extremely well-fitted and the host let us know what we should bring and what we would find onsite. We’d stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

My husband and I love to travel and have recently become hosts in Carolina Beach, NC. It's such a great place, we love welcoming guests to the area!

Why they chose this property

Beachfront! Need we say more? This property has a great open floor plan, it's spacious, with 2 full bathrooms, and very large ocean side deck. The first floor location allows for less stairs and easier access, such a perk when carrying your beach gear and other belongings. The location is great! It's an easy walk to the boardwalk area, several restaurants and bars. The central location also makes for a short drive anywhere else on the island or even to the bridge for easy access in/out of Wilmington.

What makes this property unique

This condo has a pool for use only by this complex, which has only 18 units, allowing for plenty of room for everyone at the pool. This section of the beach has good depth, while you're walkable to the main tourist areas, you're far enough to have a quieter section of the beach.
