Villa Mamataï (starfish in Polynesian) is aptly named: indeed it is 2 steps (300m) one of the most beautiful sandy beach of the Bay of Cavalaire. Choosing to stay at Mamataï it is on choose to spend a dream vacation.
the Mamataï is placed in the middle of a beautiful fenced garden which combines Olivier, Palms, Fig trees, Mandariniers, Lauriers Roses ...
a lovely swimming pool (heated in mid-season) will allow you to refresh yourself before drinking lemonade in comfortable outdoor lounge or on the teak deck chairs and canvas or even leaving you rocked in the hammock in the shade of trees.
Mamataï accommodates up to 10 people and has a baby kit. and to enable young parents to travel light, a cot, high chair and changing table are available to them.
The house has 5 bedrooms: 4 double and a fifth with 2 twin beds.
All have been decorated with taste and refinement.
3 of them are open onto the garden (of which 2 as the pool), and finally the last 2 are upstairs and have a wide terrace overlooking the same pool.
To make everyone feel at ease, the villa has 3 bathrooms / showers and 3 separate toilets.
Choose Mamataï is choosing a unique comfort as the villa has 2 living rooms, two cozy lounges that allow you to spend the holidays with family, friends with time to be able to enjoy another isolation.
Outside a large terrace equipped with a summer kitchen, a convivial table (and chairs) and a kitchen (electric griddle, sink) welcome you to share special moments face the swimming pool.

Wonderful Family Holiday

We had a great stay and the house is very well organised around the pool and designed so well with different areas to eat and relax. Location near to shops and beaches is an added bonus. Olivier greeted us on arrival and was very kind with advice on the local area when we asked. Only stayed a week and wished it had been longer!

Smaller than we normally rent but everything is there. Our young grandchildren loved the enclosed level garden and the mini-pool where they could play whilst not being out of their depth and minimal risk. Would have booked 2024 but now on sale with rivimo.com

Sehr gut gelegene Villa - in 4 Minuten am Strand oder in der Bäckerei / Lebensmittelgeschäft. Die Räume waren tadellos gereinigt und das Raumklima angenehm. Schön eingerichtet mit vollständiger Kücheneinrichtung und genügend Geschirr für 10 Personen.

Wir haben zu 9. eine wunderschöne Woche in dem Haus Mamatai verbracht. Es sind genügend Bäder und Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage war Top. Kleiner Supermarkt und ein schöner Strand sind nur paar Minuten zu Fuß.

Une superbe propriété, très spacieuse et bien équipée, à proximité immédiate des plages et de petits commerces de proximité. Olivier et Caroline nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup d’attention et ont soigné chaque détail de la maison pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Wir waren vollends begeistert

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sogar grösser, als man aus den Bildern vermuten könnte. Wunderbar ist auch, dass der Kühlschrank einen Wasserspender und eine eingebaute Eismaschine hat. So hat man immer Eis für die Getränke parrat. Auch die Lage zum Stand, Einkaunfsmöglichkeiten hat uns sehr gefallen. Gerne wieder...

Traumhaftes Haus in top Lage

Wir waren eine Woche mit einer befreundeten Familie , (4 Erw. 4 Kinder) dort und hatten eine super Zeit. Haus, Pool, Liegen usw. alles da und top im schuss. Zum Strand läuft man wenige Minuten. Dazu ein super freundlicher Vermieter. Was will man mehr.

Schönes Haus mit Pool, Garten mit Pflanzen umgeben. Das Haus ist geräumig, viele Zimmer, ruhige Klimanlagen, praktisch, sauber und nah am Meer! Sehr freundlicher Besitzer Monsieur Olivier. Der Strand ist mit 370m Entfernung gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen mit Kindern.

Sehr schönes Haus, gute Lage

Wir waren Opa/Oma, Kinder und Enkelkinder, insgesamt sechs Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Die Raumaufteilung im Haus war für uns perfekt. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und gepflegt. Der Pool war für die Kids genau richtig und hat eine Alarmeinrichtung. Leider war die Bewässerungsanlage für den Garten defekt, die Pflanzen waren vertrocknet und der Rasen praktisch nicht mehr vorhanden. Dies war jedoch der einzige Mangel.

Hallo Jürgen, das Bewässerungssystem ist nicht defekt, nur auf Anordnung der Präfektur Var wegen Dürre im Departement abgeschaltet. die Abwesenheit von Regen auch im Winter half der Natur nicht. Sie werden bemerkt haben, dass wir zur Lösung dieses Problems Kunstrasen rund um den Pool verlegt haben… Olivier

Een fijn huis. Kan het iedereen aanraden.

Zeer centraal gelegen. 3min. van de zee. Goed strand iets verder op. Saint tropez dichtbij 20 auto min. Gorges du Verdon hoge bergen erg mooi uitzicht. Heerlijk verwarmd zwembad bij het huis alleen was het iets kleiner dan verwacht. Voor kleine kinderen prima. Ook zit er een alarm in het zwembad voor als er onverwacht iemand invalt. Voldoende spellen voor als het weer tegen zit. Het huis is heel ruim, genoeg ruimte voor een beetje privacy. De VRBO is alleen in het begin tussenpersoon. Zij sturen daarna alle vragen meteen door naar de eigenaar. De communicatie met hem was heel prettig en kon in het Engels. Al met al een hele fijne week gehad!
