55 square meters apartment on the 1st floor (no elevator). Finely renovated. Equipped with a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom with all shower and bathtub services.
In the historic center a few steps from the major attractions of Florence: just 100 meters from the Medici Chapels and the Church of San Lorenzo, 200 meters from Piazza Duomo and just 500 meters from the Ponte Vecchio. Very close to the most famous shopping street: Via Tornabuoni.
Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet as it overlooks internal courtyards.
Easily reachable on foot from the Santa Maria Novella train station.
Possibility of paid parking under the apartment.
Restaurants and bars just a few meters away.

A wonderful experience

This apartment is at a great location in the city right next to the central marketplace and only a couple of blocks from the SMN train station. Most of central Florence is an easy walk. The apartment was very comfortable. Our hostess, Fabiola, was very helpful to us and was a pleasure to meet.

Great, central apartment in Florence

The apartment was in a great location, close to the train station as well as the major areas of the city. It was right next to the Mercato Centrale, which was very nice. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Fabiola was very communicative throughout the stay and was very helpful. I highly recommend this apartment!

Le logement de Fabiola est parfaitement situé, à 10mn à pied de la gare et à 5mn du centre historique de la ville. Il est également très fonctionnel et tout équipé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Seul bémol, le Wifi qui ne fonctionne pas très bien.

Bezaubernde kleine Wohnung

In dieser sehr gemütlichen Wohnung haben wir Ende März ein paar sehr schöne Tage verbracht. Für 2 Personen finden wir sie gerade ideal. Als Ausgangspunkt geht es nicht besser. Alle Ziele in der Altstadt sind 5-10 Minuten , zu Fuß, entfernt. Die Markthalle in der man auch zu Mittag essen kann (oder im 1. Stock bis 12:00 Nachts, übrigens ein tolles Erlebnis - sollte man mal machen) ist vor der Haustür. Der Bahnhof, S-Bahn 6-7 Minuten entfernt. Die S-Bahn kostet nur 1,50 pro Person vom Flughafen bis zur Endstation. Billiger kommt man nicht in die Stadt. Unsere Vermieterin hat uns übrigens sehr nett empfangen und hat sich auch zwischen durch nach unserem Wohlergehen erkundigt. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung und die Stadt, es gibt viel zu sehen . Kleiner Tipp: Bestellen sie die Eintrittskarten für die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten im Internet vor sonst kann es zu langen Wartezeiten kommen.

Gemütliche Wohnung neben der Markthalle

Die Wohnung von Fabiola ist sehr gemütlich, geräumig und bestens eingerichtet. Da wir im Februar dort waren, haben wir die angenehme Wärme sehr geschätzt, auch abends mussten wir nicht frieren. Die Lage ist perfekt, um alles in Florenz zu Fuß zu erreichen, selbst nach San Miniato al Monte haben wir keinen Bus genutzt, nur zum Cenacolo di San Salvi sind wir mit der Linie 6 ab San Marco gefahren. Vielen Dank, Fabiola, alles war bestens, wir kommen gerne wieder! Grazie per tutto e forse un altra volta!
